Waited 15 minutes for a hot chocolate that wasn't even hot. No one knew when their order was up because they yelled the number sat down the order and ran away. They need to write the number on the cups like traditional Starbucks writes the name.
The food is ridiculously overpriced. I don’t know how corporations can just charge you 7$ for the tiniest coffee ever that’s 90% ice and 4$ for a cake pop. It just doesn’t make any sense at all. Of course bc of the location, the prices are more, but it’s still ridiculous to me. The workers here are also unfriendly, don’t know why.
The Starbuck in knobels isn't horrible but when I can buy a venti coffee from a regular Starbucks for the price I paid for a flipping grande yeah it could have been better and doesn't have espresso I'm not sure why but meh for a quick coffee it works its just not the best
