Stopped there tonight for the 1st time. The pizza white garlic sauce was awesome. The crusr was even better. Used the homemade ranch as a dipper. Beer was cold and served in a frosted mug. I can't wait to try the wings. Super friendly staff and the place was clean and family friendly. Places like this are a real gem!

We usually ate there on Fridays. There was always a friendly pleasant atmosphere. This past Friday, the place was empty, no fish on the meager menu and worst of all, no Ashley. I don't know what happened but obviously it's not working. Too bad such a nice place is deteriorating before our eyes.

It was truly a disappointment ( and sad) trip to the Blue Collar tonight. It is very apparent that the new owners are neither committed nor concerned how well or bad their new tavern is doing. Although Haley and the other server ( sorry I did not get her name) were working hard to keep up, it was most obvious that they need a lot more help. We saw numerous people get up and leave or cancel their meals. Everyone around us was talking about how bad things were. We were there for 2 1/2 hours to get cheeseballs and wings. Their menu has gotten smaller which was also disappointing. The writing is on the wall here. Either the owners show up, stay, and begin to run things better ( it was hard to watch the 2 ladies overworked and who knows how few people were in the kitchen) or the place will definitely fail. And, we certainly missed wonderful Ashley’s presence. Hope you begin to care and get it together. Sincerely

My 2 experiences Friday 1-31-25 a complete shit show! We waited over 2 hours & 50 mins for food, that is unacceptable the 3 small kids we had were literally falling asleep at the table. The waitress and lady at the bar were so nice and apologized several times. Then when we did get the food half of it was cold. I understand its under new ownership, but if you expect ppl to wait 3 hours for food then you need to slash the prices not increase them! Especially when we drop over $200 a week! We asked to speak to the owners conviently they were nowhere to be found! They did offer us someone but we just left. 4+ hours was insane to me.
Thursday 2-6-25 went back to try again Food was amazing. Pizza 🍕 was hot and really really good, we got extra cheese and it didn't disappoint! Wings were great as well! Staff was amazing! Way better experience then Friday!
Ashley and the staff are the kindest people! My family was stranded nearby after a car accident and they could not have been more compassionate about our circumstances. They let us rest while we waited for a rental car, they kept checking on us and wouldn’t let us pay our bar tab when we were finally able to leave. A million thank yous!
