We went through the drive thru. They assumed the kids meal drink and didn't ask what my child wanted, them forgot the toy. I attempted to call to report the missing toy but their phone number found on Google isn't connected.

I can't keep coming here. And I'm a local. Always messing up the order. You order so much and they give it to you in one bag so now my fries are all over the place because I ALWAYS have to check through the bag here. So I leave cause the food is right. But the cinnamon buns got no icing and the nuggets got no sweet and sour. Those aren't household items that are common I'm sorry. So now 2 out of my 5 things suck. They are the type that give you your food through the window then run away from the window after during the time you tell them they missed stuff. And I'm not going to walk inside every time. And it's just every time all the time there. So annoying. YOU GUYS NEED TO WAKE UP! I'll try back in a couple months since I'm 2 blocks away.

Slow to get food and order was inaccurate after a long wait (35 minutes!) in the drive-thru. Don't bother coming to this location.

Waited forever with only 2 cars in line at lunchtime. My dbl ch burger was like 2 hockey pucks. The bacon on my sons chick sand was raw basically. No toys for my grandsons meal. He said they were out and replaced w a cookie. I said fine. Got home, no cookue.

Its only 6:30 pm and they closed the lobby doors and they are so lazy they would rather have people go through drive thru. Its also really dark here there is no lightening

I've been coming to this Burger King for about half a year now and it's been great! The food is delicious, the employees are, for the most part, very friendly and sociable and although they sometimes get an order wrong, they'll always commit to giving the Customer their best service

There customer service skills are horrible employees don’t acknowledge the customer I went in a few weeks ago and it’s like every employee ignores you when your standing at the counter it’s horrible it’s extremely rude they need to re train employees
