The food they gave us was hot which was nice but the entire order was wrong. When they remade it at the window everything came out covered in Grease including the hamburger wrappers. This place sucks. zero out of 10.

Picked up a mobile order from here and took over 30 min from the moment I arrived. I was the only person in the store it wasn’t busy whatsoever the employees were just messing around w each other doing nothing lol

The worst . Zero stars would be a better rating . 25 minute wait in the drive thru with two cars in front of me. No one in the dinning room. Cold food once we got it. Human hair in the fries.. The employee seemed very inconvenienced when something was said. No efforts to correct the situation.

If i could give it zero i would!!! Ordered food through drive thru, 10 minutes later had only moved up one spot. This is rediculous, dont fast food restaurants have order clocks anymore? We had to have the food out in under 2 minutes!!! I never got my food because there were 3 cars in front of me and i couldnt wait anymore... when i drove by the drive thru window i swear there were 3 or 4 people just standing around chatting. I will not be back! Looks like wawa will be getting my fast food orders from nowon

Service absolutely sucks I have never seen so many people standing around doing nothing!!!! Suppose to be fast food but waited 20mins for 2 whoppers that was after I waited 10mins for someone to stop BSing with another employee to take my order!!!!!

Wanted an ice coffee today 11/23/24 at 10am and was told they don’t have any ice coffee at all. How do you not have any iced coffee at all at 10am? Then wasn’t given syrup for my French toast sticks so I had to drive back around. Was only given one syrup packet even after that. The manager was at the window taking orders and giving it to the customers.

Friendly service and good food as always. The layout of the dining room is very comfortable.
The drive thru kid at 6:45 pm on 11/21/24 was completely obnoxious, the order was wrong, he tried to say it was all there but we didn't have 3 drinks, 2 orders of halvsies and an order of pickle fries. The condiments were wrong, we got barbecue instead of honey mustard and not one napkin. There was plenty of attitude but no lights on upstairs. If it was his first day, I hope he gets better. This was terrible service.

Just awful. From the horrible service , to the slow moving lines, to the poor quality of food . Never eat here. Every time I’ve gone here they have messed my order up. The staff is clearly not trained well. I came back yesterday and completely regretted it. The drive through line menus weren’t even working . My order was screwed up in more than one way. The drive through worker was clearly overwhelmed as she forgot I was sitting at the window for 15 min waiting for them to fix my order and think I was the next customer . Just awful , don’t eat here

Thought I would stop and get a quick whopper meal. Well I was wrong about being quick after waiting 25 mins after ordering inside dining I finally asked the manager for my money back I sat there to long waiting for my meal. No apology from manager or anything. I would avoid this Burger King if you can
