I had a delivery for pick by 5.40 they give me my delivery by 6.00 pm 20 minutes after and the store wasn't busy like seriously they need to improve this better 👎👎👎

You come to look for delivery and they ignore you, no one in front sees you standing there and they don't even come to ask you if you are going to buy or pick up. This girl took a drink to some people who were eating, she looked at me and followed him by the way. kitchen I've been here waiting for 10 minutes to be attended to and still nothing...

Just ordered 2 weeks ago, you can’t place an order by phone. Paid for 2 orders of chips that were stale/cold and got what was supposed to be mild salsa from salsa bar and it was spicy which I can’t eat.

Our burritos were luke warm and sort of limp, & that rather sums up the whole experience.

Ordred take out and drove 20 minutes home only to open the bag with my order incomplete. Then to find out you can only email corporate and no phone calls. Not to mention the food i did get was very salty. Terrible experience!

The portions were a bit small for the price. The side of pico de gallo was the smallest amount I have ever seen and the rice was super sticky. The tostado was good though and the pork inside it was very good.

Ordered nachos for pickup, they were phenomenal! 10/10 this will be our go-to nacho spot. Service was fast for pickup and we received everything we ordered.

Inexperienced counter server. Asked for 3 Don Juan tacos with a bottled soda as indicated on the menu. Couldn’t get the soda only a fountain drink with a small cup. The 3 Don Juan tacos came with a soft and hard shell filled with salad and barely any steak. No sauce, no cheese. Super dry taco and I was still hungry after 21 bucks spent. I wanted some good ole Mexican tacos and got Don Juan tacos. Hoping for better experience next time.
