I come in quite often and I always get the nachos and always ask for extra extra sour cream. They definitely are amazing give you what you ASK FOR. food is always hot fresh and taste absolutely delicious!!! Come here they don’t disappoint. ♥️🫶🏼

Placed an order online and they just never received it, they couldn’t validate my order, make my food or give me a refund. I am beyond frustrated and pissed over this situation. Sat in the store hoping they would be able to just make my food since my card was charged but no help at all. I don’t even know what to say

Food comes fast and plated neatly. Workers are super friendly and all of the food options are very delicious. Would recommend to anyone. So many options. Upbeat music.

I've never felt so sick from eatting a simple carryout of rice and beans.

Needed a quick bite . Ordered mexican rice and black beans . And all day I felt woozy. Came home and ate nothing else and puked my soul out all evening. Nonetheless I got food poisoning from rice and beans. Kinda sad because it tasted great service was great. But I rather not be puking all night.

Honestly eaten here a handful of times to judge an establishment. Food is extremely mediocre, with a price tag. Everything tastes like you could have made it in your kitchen with low grade ingredients. We recently ordered a bowl, and three tacos with chips. We loved the customization of all of the toppings you could add! We were not given salsa in bowls or with chips, the bowl had little to no meat in and was packed with white rice..never a good look! My carne asade steak was an upcharge, and tasted so salty and processed like it was jerky. Of course you try to call to make things right and there’s no way of getting a hold of anyone in the shop working. For the price we spent, we will be taking our money to chipotle or cali burrito. At least it is quality, and you’re able to get a hold of someone to make things right! Place is clean, and never busy but for the price and quality - go elsewhere.

Fantastic website, easy ordering via Toast... Don Juan always has the FRESHEST ingredients, plus including free guac and/or queso on tacos and burritos is a beautiful thing. The bravo style taco (soft shell around a crispy shell) is the best bang for your buck and never disappoints. Chorizo is my favorite, but all of the proteins are good. The beef empanada is 🔥 too. No photo because I ate it too fast. I need to order takeout from here more often!!!

Typically Don Juan doesn't disappoint but today 7.29.2025 i was highly disappointed. Ordered a bowl using the Gribhub app. The bowl did not have half the items selected. Literally 5 pinto beans, NO salsa, white rice when brown was ordered. No pineapple habsnero salsa, NO refried beans, just white rice, 5 pinto beans, lettuce, chicken and cilantro with a dab of watered down quest. Extremely disappointed.
