I’ll preface by saying I haven’t left a review in over 3 years for any type of establishment. I feel the need to show my appreciation for this specific location’s team. I’ve been to countless Dunkin’ Donuts locations including regularly to one that’s up the street from my house that I visit multiple times per week. I’ve never had a better food experience than the one I had at this Dunkin. Every munchkin was plump, soft, and fully glazed which almost never happens. The bacon egg and cheese I got had a thick and fluffy fried egg with fully melted cheese (which also never happens). Lastly the hash browns were perfectly toasted and fluffy (again never happens). I give major credit to the team at this Dunkin for the way the food came out. You made the best food I’ve ever had at Dunkin.

I appreciate this Dunkin so much. I have health issues so I can’t have caffeine, everytime I’ve been there they ALWAYS give me decaf lattes. Which you wouldn’t think would be so difficult to get out a coffee shop, but you’d be surprised at the other Dunkins I’ve been to or Other coffee shop similar. The other coffee shops would always say it’s decaf and then I would have awful symptoms due to the caffeine just an hour later. But with this Dunkin , I’m always symptom-free and they’re always so kind to reassure me that it’s decaf!

This place is currently like walking into a bad dream. You get blasted with 98° heat because their A/C is broken and there's around 15 big yellow jackets flying around like they own the place.

I went into this dunkin’ today hoping it wouldn’t be like all my other experiences here, the employee did not even know what was in a menu item which isn’t her fault & she should be taught by management so I had to tell her what was in it. She did not mix the drink so all the swirl was just sitting at the bottom. I ordered a chipotle hash brown wake up wrap & the bacon was raw. The other times the manager tried to argue with me about how every size coffee gets one sugar which is not the case. Just sick of seeing if every time will be different & it’s not so I won’t be returning.

Stop there for years. Everyday? As of today I will no longer be stopping Waiting in line to place my order. While other people are ordering on the computer to make the line longer and longer. And the lady kept taking a ticket from the computer and making us weight longer and longer. There will be no more waiting. There will be no more Dunkin' Donuts? I will save my money.

I’m not a big review guy but this place deserves a 5 stars. I went there today December 27 in the afternoon and the lady who was there was very nice and kind. I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’s, employees are usually mean and disrespectful but this employee was by far the nicest that I’ve ever encountered. The ice coffee she made for me was the best I ever had. Give this lady a raise she’s the best.
