Two drive thru lanes and we sat in one lane to watch three cars go through the other lane before someone finally took our order. We told them about it and they blew us off. Total incompetence.

Went through drive though and everyone was great but if I am going to spend more on my fries than my main sandwiches I would expect them to be hot....never almost ever time they are cold so will just not get the fries better for me anyway...i hear many people speak of this.

I ordered a Coke to pick up, paid in app. The person at the counter asked if I needed to order, I replied, "Iordered a Coke, just need the cup." Then she walked away. A guy comes from the back and asked if I need to order, I said no, I ordered, just need a large cup. He looks at his friend who just walked into the store and starts talking. 2 others come from the back and start talking to the guy, including what appeared to be a manager. The second guy looks at me again and asks, "did you get your cup?" I show him my empty hands and he says, "oh, I know your told me you ordered a drink." Then grabbed a cup for me. 10+ min wait for a cup. Guess I'm not coming to this location again. I'd hate to come in at the same time as a workers friend again.
