Stopped in for a cheesesteak: unfortunately the meat was not well-seasoned and the unseeded bread was just okay. Despite an elaborate wall decoration showing a pretty storied heritage, this cheesesteak falls short.
a review: Morty's is an Emmaus, no Lehigh Valley, institution! beyond exceptional cheesesteaks, the fries are to die for! they offer specials from time to time such as pork or turkey bbq...be sure to get those before they sell out. and the veg-black bean burgers are suberb. The staff cheerful & friendly. You need to check out this 'best kept secret'😉
I called ahead for pickup and was greeted with an amazingly polite woman on the other end. When I arrived, my order was promptly retrieved for me. I paid, left a tip, and proceeded to enjoy my lunch. I went with a small Mortys cheesesteak with Cooper. It didnt last long is about all I can say. Should of gotten the large. I will say that I've been consistently ordering from them for about 2yrs now and I haven't had a bad experience yet.
