Send us the wrong item pretty much every time we order. This evening, sent pizza with no pepperoni despite the ticket clearly saying roni. We waited almost an hour for the pizza. Person on the phone insisted my kids would have to wait for the new one because we have to RETURN the mistaken one if we want our order. (Which is insane - they can't resell it, and if they do... even worse. ) They used to be the best place in the area, didn't even mind the extra cost, but after multiple "mistakes", we've stopped ordering. We go to ruffinos now instead.(Yes, i gave my 3 and 14 year old pieces before i was aware they were going to demand it be returned. That is the WORST customer service i've EVER heard of. I wonder if he'd like his kids to go hungry?)

If I could give zero stars I would but it wasn’t an option. We paid $80 today to have them deliver 3 pizzas and chicken tender to a birthday party at sweet and sassy for 1:15pm and 3pm came and went. 2 hours later they never showed. I had hungry and tired and cranky kids at a party because this place didn’t own up to what they had promised. Totally a sad day for a bunch of 9 yr olds. Completely disgusted. If I were you I wouldn’t order from here unless you have a whole week to wait for the food to arrive. We called an hour after the food was to be delivered and they said they were on the way and an hour later they still weren’t there. Not sure if the workers ate the pizza and chicken tenders or if they delivered to the wrong address. Either way, DO NOT ORDER from here!!!!

The Grandma’s Sicilian and the Boardwalk pizza are both insanely good. I’ve never ordered from here without getting one of those two. Definitely recommend the new Cheesesteak pizza and new style wings as well. IMO, it’s the best pizza in the area.

First time to your pizzeria for Father's day dinner. Had a plain cheese pizza and a Supreme pizza, Philly cheesesteak, breaded chicken and fries. Food was excellent!!! Was a delivery which was on time and was HOT!!? when it arrived. Definitely recommend Papa Rossi's and will return.

The white and red Margerita pizzas are amazing! My pizza was delivered fast and guy was nice. He walked up my stairs which I appreciated. For some reason delivery people can't bring food to the my door.
Just ordered from this place for the first time tonight and I think it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was crispy on the outside and the inside was soft and fluffy. We did pick up so I can’t speak to delivery, but we’ll definitely be ordering again.Update: Ordered a second time and it was just as good as the first. They were very friendly and everything was hot and delicious. Still have only gotten pick up, not delivery. I don’t know where everyone else lives with the delivery complaints but I’d recommend just picking it up because this is still the best pizza I’ve ever had.

Ordered a pizza and cheeseburger for delivery through grubhub. Took over two hours to arrive with multiple calls to the restaurant (hours apart). When the food finally showed up, it was cold and the burger was missing the fries. We decided it wasn't worth waiting another two hours for the fries to show up

Great pizza and steaks. Fries are good too! Friendly people. Better to call and order than use an online app to ensure you get exactly what tou want. This is our new go to pizza place.

I have ordered from Papa Rossi's for quite a while and have always been satisfied. The last time I ordered the food was over an hour and a half late. Thinking I'd give them another try the same thing happened except I called them 15-20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and was told they would be making it soon! That meant my meal would arrive after 9pm...just to late! I asked them to cancel and credit my account. They didn't credit my account so I didn't get food and I didn't get a credit. BEWARE!Update: Papa Rossi did refund my order. Thank you.
