Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Asked for a watermelon lemon mix with lemon on top with a lid, got watermelon on top and no lid. It’s not rocket science. When I said something they just shrugged their shoulders.

Staff was friendly and service was quick!

I really miss the old location in the middle of Emmaus. It really bums me I have to drive instead of walk to the end of town now. Besides that, I go there as often as possible with friends or family. The gelatis still taste as good as ever and they seems to be experimenting with new flavors every time I go

.I bought 2 quarts of water ice. than to buy the custard..$10 you are ripping us off..your so cheap!! What I should have done was NOT purchased the quarts and left and gone to get ice cream from Giant for my teenagers instead..way cheaper

Typical Ritas. Have more flavors than some others I have been to. Staff was great. Parking is weird

Went to this location last weekend and it is a standard Rita's. nothing stood out as exceptional or lacking. My real reason for writing a review is to ask them to get a working landline / phone. I tried to call to see if they had a specific flavor and the phone was disconnected. Business's not having landlines / phones seems to be more common and I don't think it is a good thing. If a customer wants to call to ask a specific question about the menu, or if they are busy around a particular time, etc. and the business does not have a phone, the person could potentially choose another business or in the case of Rita's, the location in Macungie or Emmaus Ave.

Everytime I go to Rita's Italian Ice I swear it's just what I needed on any kind of day! It's like the ice & variety of flavors are good for the soul! The customer service is also phenomenal!

This location always has a bunch of different flavored custards and they are all amazing. Quick service and helpful employees. We love Ritas!

Great treat, friendly service

This is the best Rita’s I’ve ever been to! The employees were very nice and helpful since I was unsure of what I wanted. They had a variety of custard options and both the coffee and cotton candy were delicious!! I will definitely be coming back for the exceptional service I received.
