Ordered a turkey sub online and they replaced turkey with tuna. Didn’t bother to tell me. I go home and discover this and have to throw the thing out. Waste of $10 and I have to drive 30 min round trip back to emmaus for dinner a second time. Thanks Subway!

Worst hoagie I ever had, Subway should be ashamed of this specific franchise! Almost no onions, 3 tomatoes on a foot long, worst of all no seasonings ( salt, pepper or oregano) he never asked, I wasted $27+ and was incredibly disappointed!!I’m NEVER going there again!!!!

The app says “bread - toasted, not toasted” and we selected “not toasted”. The worker presumed this meant that we didn’t want cheesesteak meat hot. The meat and entire sandwich was ice cold. I called for a refund for JUST THAT SANDWICH and the owner and worker refused and said that they could remake it if I came back. Because it was already so late, we got other food. So they said too bad. Kind of ridiculous

I went to Subway and this location is much cleaner than some others in the area, the employees were nice and confirmed that they do clean up everything at the end of the day and re-open properly, there's some in the area that don't unfortunately.

slaps sandwiches together very frugal warms the meat with the microwave then toaster and will pound on the lettuces and very little green pepper and onion. I bought $20 in bread over sandwich. onwer tried striking conversation and the comment he made about where i work and what i do is a lazy job when I mentioned I been with my company over a decade. he said his employees all left to work for my company cause it pays better and has better insurance. rude bedside manners and comments to customers. I will not be recommending. there are other subways to get food from and plenty of other places to get take out
