Always great service and the best brick oven pizza in the LV. The crust is perfectly spotted, crisp all the way to the center, and provides a perfect base for balanced sauces, great cheeses, and creative fresh toppings. The staff are always friendly, and make you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. Don’t miss the ciders!

UPDATED: Our first time here and told this to who we found out was the owner. No nice greeting, menu guidance or acknowledgment. The four cheese pizza came out with some substitutions but was tasty if sparse on toppings. Then our second pie came out cold and the sauce was watery, tasteless, and barely had cheese. The owner never said a word after we barely ate that pie. Believe me these pies are small and we were hungry! So net net, below average pizza and a snarky owner. Curious how it ever got such high ratings. I would never go back.
After emailing owner who showed no personal concern: Well thanks for a completely bland response like my experience at your restaurant!

I found the pizza crust to be soggy, if you hold the slice crust, it drops down and when trying to use a knife to cut the slice, it's difficult because it's too mushy. The cheesecake was the absolute worst I've ever had. Not at all creamy and smooth, the texture was granular, like sand, and the taste very bland. The waitress was by herself, very busy, and would walk by the table, speaking so fast, asking if we needed anything, but she never stopped and allowed us to answer. I tried a couple times, but she was gone before you could finish the first word. I feel that it's definitely not worth the high cost

Place was nice and service good. Pizza was a disappointment. I ordered Pizza Margherita. It was not tasty. Sauce was mediocre and Pizza was soggy and cold. I won't go back. Sorry.
So hard to find a good pizza in the area. Switchback pizza is really really good!

Great pizza!!!! Awesome flavors and always fresh. I suggest the The Happy Pig pizza. This restaurant also houses the Red Balloon Cider as well. The cider flight is a great option. This place can get quite busy.. so a reservation is recommended.
