The pizza, good subs, just good overall food. The food came out fast and hot and very fresh. The people were very friendly and I appreciated that very much. I took the food to go, so I couldn't really appreciate the ambience, it's more of a to go kind of restaurant.

It's a decent pizza place and they will let you change things out and pick how you want your stuff and I like that cause my daughter and husband like different things so we usually get one pizza half with different toppings then the other half and that's nice option instead of having to get two different pizzas

Ordered a stromboli Saturday may the 6th. It was delivered way under cooked. When my husband called to ask for a replacement the person that answered the phone was extremely rude and asked my husband what did he want them to do about it? When my husband replied with I would like a new one.. The person rudely replied with. Haha you're gonna be waiting a long time.

I had the worst experience from Fox’s pizza last night. After ordering for takeout I was told it would be 45 minutes, after waiting an hour and 10 minutes I called just to be greeted by rude employees and even worst manager. They were too busy I was told ( too busy for a customer I guess! Should probably just turn the phone off.When I finally got the pizza the box’s was soaked, it wasn’t raining so I can only guess what was on the pizza, it was cold and unbeatable. Called the manager to again being treated badly, she slammed the phone down twice, I thought she hung up but she didn’t. I asked for my money back, still waiting. Mr Fox would be turning in his grave if he knew how bad people are being treated.
Fox's makes a great steak sub that I never miss getting at least once whenever I make a trip to my hometown. Their other food is good too.

Called to complain and get the rudest, most aggressive woman alive, only told them that the last 3 times we ordered it has not been up to par, it has been cold or undercooked, sometimes both. We liked getting from here, so it was annoying to keep getting a consistent drop in quality. She was rude and dismissive. Used to order often. Never again. Get someone with better customer service skills. Save you money and time. Disappointing. Drivel.
