The speaker wasn’t working so I drove to the window to order my food. Then once I paid for it I went to window 2. They “lost” my order so I told them again what I paid for. Then about 3 different people came up and asked what I asked for. Seemed like they were on some type of drugs because when I looked inside they all looked confused. Once my order was done they forced me to take a complimentary cotton candy drink that I said I didn’t want. I left and looked inside my bag and gave me the wrong order, I was the only one at the restaurant at the time. Will not go back after this.

very fast service and clean on the inside. the manager lady with red hair was very friendly very fast service at night time never visited during the day tho. fresh food love it

This was a DoorDash order. I ordered your Brisket Burger Meal with Onion Rings you gave me cold fries with absolutely no condiments which didn't matter much since I didn't have any napkins whatsoever to wipe my hands on. But then didn't even make the sandwich correctly, I was missing the pickles...the best part. Overall highly disappointing for $20...makes me want to completely give up on the restaurant industry and just stop trying to give chances. Do better Burger King. 🙄

I’m a veteran and I went to Burger King, as I was placing my order I kindly ask if they offer military discount the cashier said yes. but he keep staring at me for a few seconds so I offered my retired military ID card and drivers license which says veterans on it. He examined it like it was fake. It was embarrassing in front of other customers. He then called the manager and another associate to have them look just for them to say it’s good. Not a good way to do business I am sure it was the color of my skin that made them question it. Sad that a veteran has to be discriminated against for a burger and fries.

Food was disgusting. Had to wait 20 minutes for my mobile order and the food came out cold. Forgot my ice cream cone and the sweet tea tasted horrible. Wasted my time and money for nothing.

Genuinely just a disappointing experience. The self-service drink machine was apparently the only method of getting soda, and since it went down, no soda available, only an overpriced, undermixed milkshake. The seating wasn't cleaned off despite there being no other customers to attend to in either the drive-through or inside the dining area. The only good thing I have to say is that the food arrived quickly.

Used the kiosk and they messed up the order. Called back in and told them and dude sounded like he didn't give one once of care. Yet they want top dollar pay. I will not go back. There was no one in dining room nor drive thru at the time for them to screw up such an easy order of no lettuce tomato pickles light mayo and light ketchup.
People were nice, but how hard is it to get an order right.

The worst experience I have ever had. When I said thank you for my cup yo the young man his response was “yep”. I smiled at the young girl working, no response like I was not even there. My burger was so cold the cheese would not melt and I asked for BBQ sauce in my burger and did not get it. Nice restaurant but your employees and food quality were less than sub par

Every time I go through the drive thru at this Burger King the employees are happy, friendly, and respectful! The lady who handled my payment, the man who gave me my drinks, and a younger lady who brought my food out to my car. It’s unusual these days to have all 3 be so friendly, and on multiple occasions. 👍 ♥️
