Went through the drive through placed. My order paid for my order. Then, was told to go and pull in front of the building to get our food. They would bring it out. There are 3 other cars sitting out here waiting for their food. Food was hot when we got it. I'm leaving my review. Where do you want to go? I don't care. I'm just saying don't park there because other people may have to park there.

Employee smoking cigarettes at the only entrance door to the store makes it awful for customers who dont smoke and have kids under 3 years old that have to walk through it several times just to enter and exit. Service typically takes forever and always has you pull around to sit and wait sometimes 15 minutes or more. Poor quality

Instructed to park after paying at drive-thru (same as several other customers). Went inside after long wait. Got home to find they forgot the burger.

Drive thru closed on 2 visits. Ridiculous wait time after going inside to order. Definitely not clean!

Go to the drive thru and wait for order to be taken, takes several minutes. Then get to window and pay and they have you sit in the parking lot while you are waiting for the order. Taking another 5 minutes minimum.
Don't recommend this place.

Went in because once again the drive thru isn’t moving. Go in and there’s 8 ppl waiting with receipts in their hands. Only 3 staff working, 1 in drive thru, 1 cooking and 1 putting orders together and taking orders in the lobby. 30 minutes later a person that just came in gets his order before us, along with 2 other ppl his number is #19 I’m #17. So a lady walks up to the counter and asks I’m #15 when is my order going to be ready? I’ve been waiting 30 minutes. Let me see the girl says. 5 minutes later she gets her order. By now it’s just me and another man waiting. He’s been here before me, so we both ask when our order will be ready? He’s #14!! Unfortunately for him I get mine first. No apologies where made to anyone, I’ve been here several times and the service is never great, but today was horrible. Avoid this location if your in a hurry, fast food is not their expertise.

Got some sad, soggy, floppy nuggets. I was disgusted at just the look of them and I didn’t want my money going to waste so I tried feeding them to my NOT PICKY 1 year old and she refused to take more than 1 bite.

Sometimes the BK experience is not the best, but it was a bridge too far tonight. My husband ordered in the app for pick up in Enola and at the counter they tell him they have no nuggets? Okay, we'll have some onion rings. Don't have them either. Nevermind then, just the whoppers and fries. They promised to comp some nuggets if we come back and gave us a dessert. Except he gets the bag home and it's not even our order?? The other customer's burgers we received were not whoppers and not edible for me because of all the junk that was on them. The fries were awful, they tasted old, stale, and not salty. So basically, I had a soda for dinner. At the end of the day we don't need comped stuff, at the very least we just need what we actually ordered and for it to be good. Unsure if we'll be back to that location.

slowest experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant

I made an online order and sat there waiting for an hour for my food. There was no line and no other cars. There were 3-4 employees that could see laughing and carrying on and playing on their phones while I waited. When I finally got my food, it was cold and half the order was missing. Do not come here!

The speaker wasn’t working so I drove to the window to order my food. Then once I paid for it I went to window 2. They “lost” my order so I told them again what I paid for. Then about 3 different people came up and asked what I asked for. Seemed like they were on some type of drugs because when I looked inside they all looked confused. Once my order was done they forced me to take a complimentary cotton candy drink that I said I didn’t want. I left and looked inside my bag and gave me the wrong order, I was the only one at the restaurant at the time. Will not go back after this.
very fast service and clean on the inside. the manager lady with red hair was very friendly very fast service at night time never visited during the day tho. fresh food love it
