I came through the drive-through and order two Mexican Sri corn whoppers when I eat them in the parking lot they are both ice cold… The fries are half full and my Dr Pepper taste flat… I do one of the reviews on the receipt to soften up the blow and get a free whopper But then they try to force to buy a small drink and a small fry to receive said whopper when it says, want to receive a free whopper, fill out the survey. False advertisement and crappy food I highly recommend you go across the street before you come here. At least that Tacobell the food is hot!

We went through the drive through and ordered a royal chicken crispy meal w no tomato add cheese and heavy pickle, the sandwich came out with no cheese no pickle and 2 slices of tomato and I know I did not just pay an up charge for my sandwich just for it not to be put on there what w ppl tryna make an extra buck🤦♀️

She (manager) didn’t even read out my order name because she couldn’t pronounce it and made fun of it, also they gave us all wrong sizes when we payed for large. And the young girl was on a FaceTime call with her boyfriend while working 😭.

Drive thru takes a long time. Orders are often missing items or they aren't made correctly. And the manager that I spoke too to have that issue fixed was so rude and didn't believe what I was telling him and then called me a liar

This location shouldn't have a double drive thru. Multiple times this year I pull up, they put me on hold for a while. Someone pulls in the other lane and their order is taken immediately. So them I have to say "hello" etc until they finally take my order. It's maddening. The only thing positive I can say about this location is the food is always fresh, even the fries and after they eventually take my order the service is reasonably fast. I do not recommend their drive thru service.
