We were there this evening around 6:45 ish and waited in the the 20 minute plus line for drive through that was blocking traffic in the roadway and then after waiting a good 10+ minutes decided to get out of line and walk inside to order. There was another lengthy line inside while numerous employees walked right by the line and never said a word. After about 10 minutes of being ignored another customer in line decided to keep ringing the bell and finally yelled to someone in back that there was a line of customers. We were then told they aren’t taking anymore inside orders. No signs posted, not one of the numerous employees that walked past the long line mentioned this but just ignored everyone. Horrible customer service and not sure if an adult manager was even working. Needless to say we did not get back in the another 10 minutes plus drive through line but left and probably will not return. We will go a little further down the road to whistle stop.

We were at the Enola Rd location this evening around 6:45 or so. We waited in the drive through line for 10+ minutes and then got out of line to stand inside in line for another 10 minutes. Why had this place gone down hill? I loved stopping here but every time I do now it’s not a good experience. Today we had staff members just walked right by us. There was a line to the other side of the building waiting for someone to come to the register when someone was asked to come to the register they were like oh OK and then proceeded to do other things in the meantime.
Not to mention the parking lot was a cluster as people were coming in, drive thru was backed up & people leaving

Ordered a birthday cake on April 7th for my son's birthday party today! I am not happy with this cake! It looks rushed and like a 1st grader did this cake! I have never had issues in the past. How is this acceptable to actually present to someone after this was ordered days in advance?! I am truly disgusted
