I understand that remodels and revamps take time and can play havoc with staffing and service, but it is taking a long time on a lot of areas. Hopefully, in time, that will change for the better, but for right now, slow and disjointed service is crippling this DQ.

Ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard cake for a birthday what I was quoted online was not the price that I was charged. The writing on the cake was in the wrong color and the writing was horrible looks like whomever did it had shakey hands. I will not ever order from this Dairy Queen again. Also my container was not closed properly the whole cake could have fallen off

I am a regular customer at DQ Enola. From the past few days they were taking orders late which I was frustrated about ,finally felt like leaving the store but Bala a young guy who is polite and very active, He convinced me and took the order real quick and managed to hand over my order in very less time. Whenever I visit the store again I'll make sure bala is at store.

The Reflector (The Reflector)

How many times does the chocolate ice cream machine keep breaking down?! Kinda ridiculous if you ask me. Done with this location completely. They charge you for a large cone when you get a small cone. Wait 30 minutes before taking your order and then when you finally do, it take ten of them in the building and another 30 minutes just to make 2 small ice cream cones....They have been "remodeling" for over a year now. This Dairy Queen location is 100% not worth going to.

I was there Tue., Mar. 19, 2024 for first day of spring free small vanilla cone day. It took 28 minutes to get my free cone. All the workers were pleasant and kept their composure despite the line out the door and the drive-in line around the corner. They all did an awesome job.

To say the management has no clue as to what they are doing is an understatement. I went to get 6 blizzards and over half of them were wrong. I proceeded to reread them my order 3 times only for them to continue to give me the wrong blizzards. I then went inside to tell them over the counter what my order was and they still continued to give me the wrong blizzards. The new management seriously has no idea how to run the place. I will not be returning and I suggest that no one else does either.

I ordered a special cake for my son's birthday. The cake my husband picked up was not anywhere close. The online order was red and marvel, and the one we picked up was plain white with blue letters.I ordered online and put in my phone number. They never called to say it was not going to be the same. I tried calling and the phone is off the hook. I chose this location 20 minutes from my house because it had this design.

Terrible. Every time I’ve gone there recently, the person at the drive through is practically whispering, and I can hardly hear a thing. They have gotten my order wrong numerous times. The new management is horrible. I’ve seen the owner reply to many of the reviews saying the same thing along the lines of “we are very sorry to hear that.” Yet they do nothing to fix any of the problems. Don’t come here.

I ordered a birthday cake three days in advance for my daughter’s birthday and went to pick it up at the cakes pick up time at 3:30 pm and they did not even have the cake I eve n ordered. We explained showed the the confirmation email and the picture that was to be on the cake so they went and said they were making it quick and came out 45 min to a hour later with a cake that had no image on it and said happy birthday Lindsey and the cake was to have a pic and say happy birthday Ashlyn! It might been longer than 45 min bc the pick up was at 330 and got we got there about 4 and didn’t get out of there until after 5. I have ordered my kids cakes there since they have been little and never had a problem like this until the new management…and at that didn’t offer any kind of discount and charged full price for a cake with a picture. I will never go back there they screwed up the whole birthday night had us late for my daughter’s party. The new management sucks they should have people who know what they are doing if they are going to have a spot where you can order cakes on line bc I am sure I am not the only one it’s been happening to!!!

Service is terrible. Stood there waiting for someone to come to the counter for at least 5 mins, while manager? kept going in and out of office door, and 2 kids ignoring me as they walked around. No point in putting a bell on the counter.
