August 22..2025...3.30pm...Well I live in-between Enola n Mechanicsburg..so I do a study on who makes the best pie between both stores...both are about the same...which is try to make my order the same Everytime...if I ask for extra sauce put more sauce on it..also toppings..put more then a few slices of pepperoni...today this visit was crappy....NO extra sauce at all..dry as a desert...NOT sure who made it .but Now I got to give up on the Enola store..Fix this person fast...I buy alot of pizzas each week...I can only give it a 3 out of ten..I had more sauce on a frozen pizza ..

The food is always great never have any issues, but they are sorely understaffed. When my son put an application in and called about it, he even went in to inquire, but they kept giving him a runaround. Which is not really a big deal, but they definitely need more hands on deck and are not serious about making that happen.

I wish I could leave it at 0 stars but it makes you give 1. I ordered online for car side pickup. and drove 35 minutes to pick the food up. After sitting there for 10 minutes with my flashers on and having been checked in on the app as being there for pickup I went inside. At the register I waited for the employee to acknowledge my existence. I provided my name and let her know I was there for pickup. Response “It’s not ready yet” and she started walking away. I asked since it’s been 45 minutes is it almost done. Response: No. I asked if she knew how long it would be. Response: No. I asked if it was even started yet. Response: No. I was a bit shocked and went to start towards the door to go sit in the car and verbalized “well that sucks.” I was quietly speaking to myself as I walked away, and this employee begins yelling at me that she is cancelling my order since I was giving her an attitude. I stopped and look at her and asked if she really thought I was the one giving off the attitude. She began again yelling that she was cancelling my order, told me to leave and never come back. I began to ask her why it’s being cancelled and she started acting like a 5 year old laughing out loud at me saying “I can’t hear you. Bye. Leave.” That’s when I lost my patience and yelled back a not so nice name. I waited in my car to make sure she cancelled the order and while updating the app over and over it was not cancelled. Now it felt like a scam. Telling people she’s cancelling their order and taking either the money or food for herself. I went in and let her know I would leave once I had proof she cancelled the order. Response: “I don’t have proof. I don’t know what to tell you.” I called the non emergency police # to find out what I should do and they instructed me to get her name and bring it to managements attention. She refused to tell me her name and kept making rude comments at me. She conveniently doesn’t wear a name tag. The name of who was preparing the food on the app said Amy. I asked if she was Amy and she laughed at me again and said Amy doesn’t work here any longer. (Why is she using another employees name to update people on the app?). After waiting some time she finally walks over and presses some buttons on a screen thing… and finally my app shows the order has been cancelled. Definitely a scammer. Through other employees that have said she does this often… I found out her name and will also be sending this info to Domino’s corporate.

Pizzas were prepared correctly and the tracker was super accurate. I ordered ahead to pick up later, and it was exact timing! The employees at the store were friendly, greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. Highly recommend.
Parking: Spots are tight. Can only enter or exit the lot from Columbia.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza....
Wheelchair accessibility: Might not be accessible, there's a step at the front door, but there may be a ramp elsewhere.

Extremely poor management! What a filthy bunch of people. A guy took my order, handed me money back, bills and change. Then immediately dove into making my pizza (kneading the dough). I said " you washed your hands, right?" He stopped and said "good call, no I didn't." He threw the dough away, wet his hands and started over. The manager was standing beside him and just laughed. This is the type of place, if you work two weeks without missing a day, they make you manager... no experience or common sense needed. The manager I'm referring to is pictured in a prior post from 1 month ago. They still didn't fire her ass.
