I wish I could leave it at 0 stars but it makes you give 1. I ordered online for car side pickup. and drove 35 minutes to pick the food up. After sitting there for 10 minutes with my flashers on and having been checked in on the app as being there for pickup I went inside. At the register I waited for the employee to acknowledge my existence. I provided my name and let her know I was there for pickup. Response “It’s not ready yet” and she started walking away. I asked since it’s been 45 minutes is it almost done. Response: No. I asked if she knew how long it would be. Response: No. I asked if it was even started yet. Response: No. I was a bit shocked and went to start towards the door to go sit in the car and verbalized “well that sucks.” I was quietly speaking to myself as I walked away, and this employee begins yelling at me that she is cancelling my order since I was giving her an attitude. I stopped and look at her and asked if she really thought I was the one giving off the attitude. She began again yelling that she was cancelling my order, told me to leave and never come back. I began to ask her why it’s being cancelled and she started acting like a 5 year old laughing out loud at me saying “I can’t hear you. Bye. Leave.” That’s when I lost my patience and yelled back a not so nice name. I waited in my car to make sure she cancelled the order and while updating the app over and over it was not cancelled. Now it felt like a scam. Telling people she’s cancelling their order and taking either the money or food for herself. I went in and let her know I would leave once I had proof she cancelled the order. Response: “I don’t have proof. I don’t know what to tell you.” I called the non emergency police # to find out what I should do and they instructed me to get her name and bring it to managements attention. She refused to tell me her name and kept making rude comments at me. She conveniently doesn’t wear a name tag. The name of who was preparing the food on the app said Amy. I asked if she was Amy and she laughed at me again and said Amy doesn’t work here any longer. (Why is she using another employees name to update people on the app?). After waiting some time she finally walks over and presses some buttons on a screen thing… and finally my app shows the order has been cancelled. Definitely a scammer. Through other employees that have said she does this often… I found out her name and will also be sending this info to Domino’s corporate.

Pizzas were prepared correctly and the tracker was super accurate. I ordered ahead to pick up later, and it was exact timing! The employees at the store were friendly, greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. Highly recommend.
Parking: Spots are tight. Can only enter or exit the lot from Columbia.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza....
Wheelchair accessibility: Might not be accessible, there's a step at the front door, but there may be a ramp elsewhere.

Extremely poor management! What a filthy bunch of people. A guy took my order, handed me money back, bills and change. Then immediately dove into making my pizza (kneading the dough). I said " you washed your hands, right?" He stopped and said "good call, no I didn't." He threw the dough away, wet his hands and started over. The manager was standing beside him and just laughed. This is the type of place, if you work two weeks without missing a day, they make you manager... no experience or common sense needed. The manager I'm referring to is pictured in a prior post from 1 month ago. They still didn't fire her ass.

I’ve been a customer for decades & this dominos is near my home so I made an order today for my kids & when I arrived no one was there. I called out for a good 5-10 min finally this lady came out with an attitude, i mentioned to her how i was waiting & she snapped like she was having a bad day & cursed at me. So I started recording her she refused to give me her name, said she was the mgr., called me names while I was recording her, then the delivery guy arrived & she hurried to tell him not to give out her name and refused to give me the district mgr name. I’m done with dominos especially if this the type of person who represents their brand …she begged me to get her fired as I was recording…

I order here often. If you go online on their website and Order ahead of time you get points that add up and very quickly you can get a free pizza with I believe every six $10 purchases. Also when you order ahead online there are many amazing coupons and deals that you can save a lot of money using. I usually save at least $8 every time I order ahead of time online. I also like the pasta dish that you can make your own pasta dish and I usually order the Alfredo dish with just the cheese and it honestly tastes like homemade baked macaroni and cheese.
Quality has gone downhill in the two years we’ve been going to this location. My children prefer Dominos. Lately the pizza has large bubbles on most slices. Last time the bubbles were burnt. Obviously the dough is being stretched to thin, I know this not sure why they don’t.

Few things that make this location better than others. 1) This is very clean place compared to few other Domino's I tried. 2) The customer service is far better. You will feel welcome here. 3) I never have to wait too long ( even Friday night) to pick up. I remember, couple places, my order was not ready after half an hour I went to pick up. 4) This is the best part. I don't know, but I feel the quality of pizza is better than few others tried. They are consistently maintaining the quality.

AVOID. Order from the Lemoyne Store. This store is garbage. They are lazy and they are supposed to be open until 12am, and they turn off online ordering at 11:15 and then don't answer their phone. This whole franchise is under poor management. All their stores including Devonshire Road and Eisenhower Blvd are poorly run and the employees do whatever they want.
