I am an Uber eats driver and I went to pick up a delivery here the first time in my life in the store at all as I’m from another state and they packaged this order inappropriately. They put too much in one bag. It was Already ripped and it was too full. You could see that. So as I’m putting it in my car, Did not came out of the top of the bag opened in the drinks and everything spilled OK I went back inside the store and let them know what happened and the owner/manager MANU- was extremely rude and disrespectful telling me that he has never had an Uber driver drop an order and to get out of his store and never to come back. If that’s the way things are done here then I don’t know. I know he just lost a good customer because I do have money and I go to Dunkin’ Donuts often as I worked in one for a long time as well and you just don’t treat customers like that so my advice if you don’t want to Get screwed if you accidentally drop your order, they will not remake it. They will end up kicking you out of the store. So if you don’t wanna be talk to disrespectfully and you know, be able to complete an order don’t Order from here

DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE. So my sister used to work here and I had to send in a food safety complaint to common wealth pa because they are so unsanitary. She told me how they would drop food on the floor, pick it up, and put it back in the case. Some of the employees would even drink out of cups and then put them back and use them for the customers. I think I also recall her saying there were bugs a few times either in the food case or in the back where the food was kept. The manager apparently approves all of this because he would be one of the people who would put food in the case to sell after it fell on the floor. The owner of the Dunkin is also apparently related to the manager is some way so he also doesn’t care. I 100% do not at all recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts!!

Always has the freshest coffee in the morning of anyplace in the area. Very friendly owner and good customer service.
Disappointing morning at the Enola Dunkin’ Donuts. The man at the drive-through window chastised me for placing my order on the app too quickly. He told me they need five minutes advanced warning. No other Dunkin’ Donuts has done that. The cold brew were awful. Whatever sweet foam they put on top coagulated into some kind of a slop. Despite The way I was treated, I gave them a five dollar tip. The gentleman at the window turned to his colleagues and mocked the tip. Horrendous way to do business.
