The acia bowls are delicious! Today I was on the run so I grabbed an iced coffee to go and it didn't disappoint. Very good. I tried the avocado brownie and it was creamy and smooth and tasted great. Also you can now buy things from People's Provisions at the Cafe. I will keep trying more things.

Unfortunately, it's worse than hospital food. I dont understand how it took so long, and cost so much.

Tasha catered a corporate lunch for us for around 30 people. We had wraps/sandwiches plus a mixture of salads (fruit, pasta, lettuce). Everything was fresh and delicious and got great reviews from all the attendees as

We recently had Healthy You Cafe cater my 40th Birthday. We order the pulled pork and Mac n cheese to feed our guests. EVERYONE raved on how amazing their food was!! I would highly recommend them for your catering needs!! 10 out of 10!

Tasha does a great job with catering events. She did well at the PA Proudly Event, and then again for my sisters wedding send off brunch! Would highly recommend. Set up and clean up is a breeze and she provides all the food and even has beautiful decorations and signage. I even ran out of food and she was able to bring some additional items in between the event. Will teach me to order extra for the next event!
Got 2 acai bowls to go today. They were outstanding...not skimpy at all. Very delicious and nutritious!

Located inside of the insurance company building. Lite bite options: smoothies, fruit bowls, soup, snacks. Very quiet and has high top tables as well as a more cozy corner with chairs so it’s a good place for studying or working! They did not have menus or descriptions of anything, just names, so the cashier was nice and brought out the paper they keep in the kitchen with all of the descriptions of the things I was interested in. I was underwhelmed by the flavors of the items I decided on (a fall flavored smoothie and lemon turkey soup), but will definitely return to try more. I also like that they have meal prep options available.
