The food itself is good but the wait is crazy. Ordered on their website several times for pickup and every time I end up waiting 30+ minutes past the scheduled time because it seems like they don't start making it until someone shows up. If you have time to spend to dine in, they do have good duck, boneless ribs and seafood.

Ordered takeout on a Saturday at lunchtime. Arrived about 1pm and no one was there! Walked in and doorbell announced my arrival. Rang bell at register repeatedly for 10 minutes, and no one came. Huge amount of cardboard boxes piled up. Cockroach greeted me from behind counter. There was dried, uneaten food on table with an empty takeout box. Everything was dirty, especially edges and corners of floor. Smelled terrible. Not sure what goes on here, but it didn't look like a functioning restaurant. Finally left without takeout order.

Food was ready when we we got there less than 15 minutes after i ordered online. It was a quiet night but the food was still way above your average neighborhood Chinese restaurant. They were very generous with proteins and vegetables, overall it was great!

Friendly staff within a convenient location. I loved the orange chicken! I'm used to crispier versions, but this is definitely my favorite on the saucy/juicier side with some rice.

My husband and I have been ordering from Jade Cafe ever since they opened, and the food has not changed. It’s a consistent 10 out of 10 every single time. I can not praise them enough.
Take out is horrible. They let you order online but don't start making your food till you arrive at pick up time. Then it takes an extra 40mins for your food. Low staff is not an excuse for an hour plus wait. Love the food but there are other stores with the same quality if not better food. Sad turn for a place I use to enjoy.

Use to be excellent food but has really changed. Not so good now. All food has one flavor. To much.corn starch makes all taste the same and i guess makes all go further. I’m done with this place gave second chance and failed.
