Take out is horrible. They let you order online but don't start making your food till you arrive at pick up time. Then it takes an extra 40mins for your food. Low staff is not an excuse for an hour plus wait. Love the food but there are other stores with the same quality if not better food. Sad turn for a place I use to enjoy.

Use to be excellent food but has really changed. Not so good now. All food has one flavor. To much.corn starch makes all taste the same and i guess makes all go further. I’m done with this place gave second chance and failed.

Fantastic food and service. Fish fillets in chili sauce was delicious and generous with fillets. The spicy incense pot was loaded with meats and flavor. The story of Cross Bridge rice noodles was great! Fantastic flavor of tofu Szechuan. Prices are reasonable, and portions are generous. Friendly service.

I absolutely love this place! Staff are always very friendly. The food is very good and freshly made. I have dined in this place and tried their takeout many times. I would highly recommend mapo tofu and the cumin beef. 100% recommend this place!

So disappointed in their scallion pancakes! Had us waiting for 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up time! They were so substandard and greasy! We ended up having to throw them in the trash, they were that bad! Forget going back for a refund! We hade decided to cut our losses and to take our business somewhere else! Good luck Jade Cafe, you are going to need it!

I used their online order to put my order in for me to pick up. The order went through on my end because I got a 4-digit code texted to me to prove I put the order in. I got a time the order would be ready for pick up and a price. Their website would not let me put the order through until I added a tip. When I got to the restraint they never received my order. So I gave the lady my order and sat and waited for it to be made. However, even with adding the tip online I still paid more to put my order in at the restaurant than the online order. I have not tasted the food yet but just because of the poor service I won't be back.
