I don't frequent this location often but when I do they always make simple mistakes, generally with the staff that brings out the food for curbside or whoever is supposed to check the order. Condiments often missing, and soda filled only 80 percent of the way. Also burgers were not wrapped correctly and open in the bag like they just threw them in there with no care.

Used the mobile app. Showed up and legit sat in the spot 4 for 15mins!!!!!!! At the 10min mark I questioned why people were getting their food already. They really said oh it's coming up, another two mins go by so I go in because my kids about to be late for a concert and I didn't plan on the food taking 15mins! 5mins pick up at most! I go inside they say they forgot to make two of my sandwiches so they were waiting on that. So I asked for something for free and she said she couldn't do that. So for my wait you can't give me a free cookie?! And they really think they should warn 15 an hr 🤣

Placed a mobile order which I know from experience won't even be made until I say I'm already there. I clicked that I was there, went to the wrong address, took 10 extra mins to get to the right one, and food still wasn't ready. Had to spend another 10mins waiting in the drivethru. I will not be returning to this location.

Atmosphere was great because we had take out and ate most of the meal at home! Fries have not been very good the last four or five purchases, either soggy and limp or cold (my grandson eats the fries as soon as we get them)

My wife picked up 7 crabby patties and chicken nuggets and french fries. We were missing 3 of the burgers. When she went back the worker said "she claims she didn't get 3". It's our fault for not checking the bag at the drive thru; however the implication that we were trying to get something for nothing is not only rude but also insulting. I will not even go back for frosties. The crabby patties tasted like a normal single. Maybe the employees don't know what they're doing since they can't count past 4!

Chance....i called the store asked if i could pick up a door dash. He said be here before 12pm i arrived 11:58pm employee refused to answer drive through. A customer at pick up received food at 12:01 i got to pick up window and again the employee said they are not aloud to hand out the food. It's a very sad business and a very sad manager who obviously loves to get home on time. He approched window again refused to give door dash order for lexi r. They turned out the lights and were aware i was at the location and in the drive through. He then sit the window and told the employee not to open the window as if i need the window open ignorant. He should find a new job one that he can get home early from

I favor this McDonald's over other ones in particular for the fact they are always fairly quick even when uts rush hour, they have never messed my order up and they always have the ice cream machine up and running which is something other McDonald's restaurant seem to never have !!! Also the staff has always been pleasant and friendly so that is a Bonus. . AND USE YOUR APP TO ORDER YOU NOT ONLY GET POINTS TOWARDS FREE FOOD BUT THEY OFFER DISCOUNTS SOOOO MAKE SURE YOU USE THERRME APP TO ORDER!!
