I don't frequent this location often but when I do they always make simple mistakes, generally with the staff that brings out the food for curbside or whoever is supposed to check the order. Condiments often missing, and soda filled only 80 percent of the way. Also burgers were not wrapped correctly and open in the bag like they just threw them in there with no care.

Atmosphere was great because we had take out and ate most of the meal at home! Fries have not been very good the last four or five purchases, either soggy and limp or cold (my grandson eats the fries as soon as we get them)

My wife picked up 7 crabby patties and chicken nuggets and french fries. We were missing 3 of the burgers. When she went back the worker said "she claims she didn't get 3". It's our fault for not checking the bag at the drive thru; however the implication that we were trying to get something for nothing is not only rude but also insulting. I will not even go back for frosties. The crabby patties tasted like a normal single. Maybe the employees don't know...
