This is the second time I have ordered a venti latte, and I swear there are 4 inches of foam, an INCH from the top. If I wanted an 8 oz drink I would've ordered a grande. Is this the new way lattes are made? The time before this, Union Depost did the same thing. It's my own fault for not remembering to request "no foam". The young lady who took our order was not very nice either. Just not my favorite experiences lately.
