Shane was beyond gracious to assist me. I walked in thinking my card would cover my purchase and it didn't. I've been loving in my car since August 1st and considering my card should cover cold purchases it kept declining but Shane was beyond kind to say you'll be eating tonight even if in your car.!!!!My situation is temporary but very real at the moment and I want to praise ? ? ? Shane for going above and beyond. Ty....I may go to bed in my car tonight with many worries but being hungry won't be one!!!! Ty you Shane from the bottom of my heart...

Worst subway in the 717 area. Terrible customer service, rushed through making my sandwich like it was a race, over charged me with double meat when I only received deluxe.

Coastal Cleaning

I had the best service with manager Emily. She was very polite, well mannered, Smiled, and made the best sub. I also, noticed she was making sure all customer were satisfied with their orders. I would go back to this location just because of her kindness. The store was clean and for the first time the veggies looked fresh.

Don't waste your time going to this location. On multiple occasions this store location has been closed outside of its hours listed on Google and on their door. We were recently turned away by the staff, claiming to be closed, although the lights and open sign were on and their door was unlocked. This was an hour before the time listed on the door and Google. I recommend the subway at Pennsboro Commons or taking your business elsewhere.

The younger Dirty blonde worker obviously hates working here. All she seems to want is to get people out of the store. She barely put any meat on my sandwich, instead of getting more bacon she put 2.5 slices on my sandwich and I was charged $2.00 for 2.5 slices of bacon… I asked for double meat and was told no…? My total for a foot long with 3 ingredients was $14.75 which seemed steep for barely having any ingredients and a quick once over of sauce on it. The second I was handed my receipt she then promptly went to the back where she couldn’t be bothered. Now the prices may not be her fault but for $15 I expected at least a little more on my sandwich.. I get everyone isn’t having a great day all the time but she seems absolutely miserable and ever so clearly does not want to be there. I will not be returning to this store and would rather kick toothpicks between my toenails before dealing with that ray of sunshine again. If you’re in the area just go to the Chinese place next door and get 4x the amount of food for the same price. Would give -5 stars if possible

Online it says that you are open until 9:30 p.m. . I went in there Monday at 8:40 p.m. and the girl there said that they were closed. I'll just go to Al's from now on right down the parking lot from you

Extremely lazy workers. I'm a food delivery person. It is my job to pick up orders and deliver them NOT put the order together. If an order has chips and a coke, DO NOT tell me to get them. YOU get paid for that! Do the very simple, easy job YOU get paid to do.I believe this is the manager as well

Only reason I am not giving it a 5 stars is because there was a young blonde who left as I was ordering and she left her crew empty on a lot of items. She was just chatting in the back with her boyfriend (who was not a subway employee, and if so did not have his uniform on in the kitchen area). Thank you to the young woman and young man who are there for the night shift tonight. They were really good subs.

Food is fine, but prices have increased and you shouldn't need to beg for a reasonable amount of veggies on a sandwich, and get attitude for it.

It happens every time! The employee making my sub, leans over it while getting the veggies and gets there shirt, hair, etc on my sub! Is this a training or common sense issue? Just slide the sub to the side, when reaching for items, rather than reaching over the sub!!!

Worst subway I've ever been to. And I've been to alot. Credit card machine is broken, AC is broken, blah blah blah. They have an excuse for everything. The latest is you can't dine in or use the bathroom cause the air conditioning is down. What does that have to do with restrooms or eating there? Oh it's so they don't have to clean anything! They keep the lights out so people think they are closed. That way they don't have to do any work. ...The owner of this subway is a disgrace to franchisees who actually care about their restaurants and run them the right way. This is a subway to be avoided. If you want a way better sub and way better service go to Al's next door.
