Hi everyone! I’m the manager of this location and have had some reviews under our location that have to do with the summerdale plaza location. I’ve tried to comment but couldn’t figure it out. Please make sure before you are writing a review you have the correct location. We are the subway beside the planet fitness. And to anyone who has had any issues with any of my employees I do apologize and we do not condone this. Our goal is to provide great quality food and amazing customer service with a friendly atmosphere. I will continue to work with my team and I encourage you all to come out and give us a shot! The one worker there was HORRIBLE, If I could give zero stars, I would. The girl working, Ryleigh, had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen at any Subway. She acted like making a sandwich was the biggest inconvenience of her life, rolled her eyes, and was completely unprofessional the entire time. Honestly, if customer service isn’t your thing, maybe don’t work in customer service. Definitely won’t be coming back if that’s the kind of staff they’re hiring.

Terrible service. When I said hello, no response, when I said thank you, no response. I have gone to subway hundreds of times in my life and this experience at 8:15pm on Monday Sept 8th was one of the worst I can recall. No receipt given for my two footlong Tuna subs. The preparation of the sandwiches could have been done better by my 4 year old child. The man preparing our sandwiches was not experienced and the sandwiches were sloppy and uneven with the ingredients and just overall prepared differently than any other time previously in my life. After purchasing , I went to go sit down, and the man behind the counter told me that the dining area was closed and I have to eat elsewhere. Since I knew the restaurant closed at 9:30, I was not willing to leave and go elsewhere to eat the food I just purchased. Had I been told the dining area was closed prior to me ordering, I would have chosen an alternative place to eat dinner. I told the man to call his manager or owner because they are open and I am eating there. The man claimed he was the owner. After he told me to leave again, I told him he can call the police if he wants me to eat elsewhere because they are open and I am eating there. I will never visit this location again and I will file a formal complaint with Subway corporate about this experience. I have read comments on the Enola Facebook page about the unfriendliness and rude employees at this location, but this was the first time I experienced it first hand. The owner should be ashamed of himself and get rid of whomever was the terrible employee running that store at 8:15pm on Monday night Sept 8th. I’m a business owner with dozens of employees, this person running the store this evening is a detriment to your business and he should be fired immediately.

Subs are made to order, fresh.
You come in tell them which sub you want and what condiments you would like on your sub, pay for your sub and chips/cookies/drinks of your chose and sit down and enjoy or take it to go.

Terrible food service. The workers were extremely uninterested and rude. My husband ordered a tuna sub and was given a rotten smelling tuna with lettuce that was brown. Clearly the manager or locational manager on site was not checking these dates.Will not be coming back. Disgusting!!!!

The service at this subway is the most ignorant I’ve ever seen. I walked in 2 minutes before closing (I know that isn’t ideal) but I figured I stop quickly since I just got off work. And I seen they had guest in the store still sitting and eating as soon as I walked into the OPEN DOOR WITH THE OPEN SIGN still on I was rejected service. As I sat in my car to write this review I can see inside the store where the young man that just rejected me service is looking at the people eating and start laughing acting like he is punching someone and then continues to look out at my car and laugh. It’s 9:37 the sign is still on and the doors are still unlocked. And the people inside just paid for their food.

I've been going here since 2006, I think. Staff is always cool, young folks doing their thing. There's new management or franchisee in the last few years and the quality has gone down hill. Maybe it's Subway corporate, but the meat taste off, the tuna is fishy, the produce is right on the edge of fermenting, and options have diminished on the menu and on what toppings are available

I have been visiting this location for the past seven years, and every time I have had positive interactions with the staff. This time, Dharam and Tirath stood out—they were exceptionally courteous and customer-focused. Great job, guys—keep up the excellent work!

This is a great Subway location compared to other locations that I have been to in the past. The restaurant is clean and the food always feels very fresh. The staff are very friendly and the service is super fast when you order through the mobile app. Will definitely go back again and absolutely recommend this location to everyone else as well.
