Do NOT order inside here. Placed a lunch order for 2 ppl (6 value menu items- some customized) Placed our order at 11:58, didn't get our food until 12:25. There was 1 guy who ordered ahead of us. They prioritized the drive thru (understood) and all online orders. We stood there for 15 minutes before anyone even aknowledged us and asked what the name on the order was. If you oder here, do it 20 min ahead and use the app. Food was fine. Service was HORRIBLE!!

Placed an online order for a certain time and when I showed up to pick it up at scheduled time, it was not ready. I'm fairly patient, but after another 15 minutes I'm still standing there waiting. I watched the drive thru line, which was wrapped around the building get taken care of while I'm still waiting. I had to ask twice about my order. I would have made out better going through the long drive thru line than placing my order ahead of time. I ended up late for my appointment due to this. Horrible! I doubt I will go to this Taco Bell again.

Not even close. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a beef crunchy taco and a Baja blast mountain dew. The only correct item was the mt dew. I ate it, thinking cheesy potatoes and a beefy salsa burrito because I was already down the road. Waste of time and money. I'm not picky but I'll never eat here ever again. Loud noisy kitchen and drive thru guy watching Sunday night football on his phone. More reason to support local

We ordered our food and got it. We looked at our food and it was wrong. So, we kindly told them to replace, she started yelling at me and my brothers. She said it was right but it was not.

Taco Bell has managed to get its act together. For a while, they were under stuffing the food and the tastes were the same as a Ben for 20 years. This experience, however, was different. Tacos were stuffed full, and the new chipotle sauce is a wonder.

They forgot my nachos gave me the cheese for it but not the chips forgot our drinks so I stayed sitting there then they remembered and switched up the sauces we wanted so I had to ask them for the correct sauces and there was very little amount of meat in the tacos and very little amount sour cream in the supreme tacos.

This place is so bad. The one rep had said ‘my name and said she needs to stop ordering food really loud. I had said to her what?! Because that is extremely rude. She said o sorry my coworker who has the same name thinking she was smart. I did try calling and leaving name and number for manager to explain situation. No one has contacted back. This place does not want ur business. I will drive the extra couple minutes to the next one if I'm really craving for some chalupas. I would do the same if u want edible food.
