Waited in line for 45 minutes, $50 for 2 people for breakfast, got the chicken benedict, it was fine, biscuits it came with were very doughy and undercooked, wife got sampler breakfast, bacon was barely cooked and limp, everything else was OK, food came out very quick though

Neat cafeteria feel. You order in one room and grab a table number and they bring your food. The menu is really amazing with all kinds of great flavor combinations. The actual food didn't stand out to me, though. My Three Little Pigs meat omelet was overcooked and way too hard. I tasted a friend's chicken and waffles and those were dry and hard as well. I would return but would definitely try something different.

I ordered a sandwich that had honey on it. The honey was poured over the outside of the bun, making it very messy to handle. I also ordered a lemon poppyseed muffin stuffed with cream cheese. The muffin itself was very good but the cream cheese was terrible. A waitress asked how my meal was and I mentioned the cream cheese on the muffin was bad. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "We sell them with or without the cream cheese. Next time order it without". There won't be a next time.

It's a nice place. The food is great and so is the coffee however they really need to figure out a different method for seating. It's a cutthroat find your own seat atmosphere. The people up front just continue to take orders regardless of whether there are seats available. They have separated where you put your order in and where you sit so you have no clue if you will have a seat.. and I'm not quite sure the staff care about this issue.

The only the bright spot was that the staff were kind and friendly. The sitting area is a faux upscale cafeteria environment that is so loud you cannot hear the person sitting next to you. Turning to the food, the eggs and home fries were swimming in a pool of grease. All of the food was under seasoned and bland. Personally I won’t be back.

Very nice staff and tasty food! My home fries weren't very warm, but the place was busy. Also, there were plenty of fun menu options.

I was excited to bring my husband. I had been in one other time. It was 1:30 and since you closed at 2 we decided to get coffee and a cocoa to go. How disappointing to be handed a cup for a black coffee and directed to a number of EMPTY carafes. When we mentioned it we were told we could wait for a new brew. NO THANK YOU. How difficult is it to keep the coffee full. Since all were empty I am sure they weren't tended to for some time.
You can taste the cross-contamination in the kitchen: my beef had a crab cake aftertaste; my wife’s vegetarian toast had brisket grilled into the bottom of the bread.
Black pepper is an exotic spice in this place’s palette, with “starch” being the main flavor profile.
Fast food is your better choice if in the area.

Myself and others both friends family and extended family have been to what I consider the bistro on multiple occasions. Not one person I have been here with has a single complaint delicious food, good prices for both the quality of food and the portions, every single employee we see there has had smiles on their faces and they have always been accommodating with happy hearts. We love this place.
Kid-friendliness: My wife and our children love this place. One child on particular absolutely recommends breakfast nachos, she says and I quote; the breakfast nachos are the best thing on the menus, I just have to remember to exclude the peppers but even with them on its still delicious. So yeah you tell me!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheelchairs and other forms of disability are easy to enter and be served.

Just went for the second time for breakfast, and I’m not sure why it’s so popular. Because there are so many entry/exit doors, it’s continually cold inside (during the winter). My food was warm-to-cool and served on a plastic plate. I ordered California Eggs Benedict, which are $13.99 (with home fries). I asked to add bacon and got a hot tea. My bill was over $21.00. The bacon wasn’t strips of bacon, it was bacon crumbles sprinkled onto the eggs. You bus your own table. I understand that everything is more expensive, and I dine out a lot, but it’s just not great here. For almost $25 (with tip), I expect better. Sorry guys, but this was my last visit.

The food was fantastic and well-priced, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside to the atmosphere was the noise; the lack of things like rugs or sound panels made the dining room a bit cacophonous. Otherwise, a great experience that we will be returning to.
Dietary restrictions: Many of the menu options have gluten-free substitutes.
Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is level with the road and has no steps.

I have mixed feelings on my first visit to Valley Bistro. My first impression as I pulled into the parking lot was, "Where is the main entrance?" There are several doors to choose from, and we choose one.
My next impression was: WOW, it is loud in here.
We didn't realize that this was an "order at the counter and find a seat" type of place. They bring your food out to your table.
When we found a table for the 14 of us, we had to clean it off ourselves.
We ordered our meals and beverages. It wasn't long at all until our meals came out. Oh no, where are the silverware and knapkins? Oh, they are over there at the service station. However, there wasn't enough silverware for all of us. So we had to look for another service station. When our meals came out, they were hot and very good. The food was excellent! After we ate, we had to clean up our tables and take our dishes to a dish station and trash can.
Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience. It was really more of a "this wasn't what I expected" reaction. Now that I know what to expect, i would give it another try.

The coffee here is atrocious, like genuinely some of the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The hot coffee, iced coffee, and cold brew all have a really strange, sour flavor. I’ve tried it multiple times across different visits but it’s just icky. The espresso flights are also all pre-mixed and not fresh.
The food here is consistently good and flavorful. But it also comes with a very loud environment where it’s hard to have conversation. The food quality is also noticeably worse when the restaurant gets busy / during rush hour.
We do avoid the eggs here though. One member of our party got food poisoning from eggs benedict here and hasn’t returned since.

The bacon and fruit was good. My omelet was very mushy and my toast was dry and hard. Also very over priced.
Staff was very nice and pleasant

Pros: clean, spacious, easy to find
Cons: what door do you use? I feel the main door should be marked and signs on the other 6 doors so you don't feel so dumb walking in and staring to be seated. Perhaps a sign that says "order here (arrow) and please seat yourself"
Dietary restrictions: Very few vegetarian options and/or Vegan options (which is okay, but mentioning it so others know)
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramp on far left when facing the building. However, you may need to move tables to get across to the other side and order food.
