This place is going to hell in a hey basket. 2 weeks ago I stopped on my way home (which is right up the road ) when I got home my fries and baconator burger were both cold.
Today I stopped on my way home and got the $8.00 JBC meal and by dumb luck I guess , my fries were piping hot ( yay) and both my burgers were ice cold .
HTF does that happen when Im the second person in line and now one else is there. I mean seriously, you got one job to do , see we get hot freaking food. Would you like it if I sent you packing and when you got home your food was cold . We work for the money to buy this stuff, YOU see that it's 🥵 when we get it .

Last few times I visited this location, their debit machines were down, and were only taking cash. AS someone who doesn't carry around a lot of cash, I found this inconvenient. Went to McDonalds instead.

Wrong Burgers. Wrong Drink. Had to tell them to give me part of my order. Waited MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR for a simple order for 3 people, just for it to be WRONG! I should have demanded a refund but I knew they wouldn't give it to me and I had already wasted so much time standing there while they made orders for people who ordered after me. I am beyond done with this wendy's location, I will never go there again. Truly horrible service considering the mcdonalds down the road handles more customers in less time and actually gets your order correct. They are lucky I don't have a bad temper or I would have said all of this to their faces. Literally worst fast food experience I have ever had. Had to watch the guy finger up my burgers trying to figure out what he had given me and then he got them wrong anyways. Just ridiculous.

Wendys in Enola.....
Went thru drive thru, we live less than one mile away. Got home my #2 bacon burger was cold , wife's #6 spicy chicken was RAW in center.
Now I remember why we don't buy fast food very often.
Wish I knew how to post picture of raw chicken with this review......

The person at the drive thru window tonight sucked. Didn't say one word to me just handed me my food and didn't even say if it was my whole order. She didn't even open the window til my food was ready. Which to me is not how they are supposed to do it. You open the window to greet the customer then let them know the order will be right out......If you don't like your job then find another one.

I swear this Wendy’s always closes and never says anything? I see somebody else posted 30 minutes ago with the same experience that they were closed. I was there around 2:30 PM and sat at the drive-through and nobody greeted me for about five minutes finally a car pulled in behind me so I yelled hello and then was told. I’m sorry we’re closed. There was no explanation at all. However, when passing by it looked like they had a few people inside. if you were going to close, at least put a sign out on the drive-through in on the doors so customers know.

When they are open, they have the rudest employees ever. They either barely say hello to you or are the slowest drive-through. Not the mention they do not seem to have a good personal hygiene or an appearance.

1. the system is only down 2% of the time they say it is down. The general manager doesn't want to deal with it.
2. 1 out of 11 employees wear gloves
3. They serve old food or food from floor/trash
4. They run out something every single day
5. There's a McDonald's up the road and another Wendy's about 7 minutes away. Go there 🤷
