Not one time have I received warm food from this burger king. Every once in a while I decide to give them another chance, and every time I sit in the drive through for 30 plus minutes waiting for them to serve 2 or 3 cars. When I finally do get to the window, the food is invariably ice cold. Worst service I've ever experienced, I'm of the opinion everyone who works there should be fired and they should start over.

Found several hairs on my burger and when I kindly brought it up to the manager he dismissed me by saying “all of our workers wear hairnets”, which none were wearing. He didn’t even apologize.

When I brought it up, the manager rudely dismissed my concerns, claiming all employees wear hair coverings, which was clearly not true. Extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

I recently visited this Burger King, and had an extremely disappointing experience. When I ordered a burger, I discovered not one but TWO hairs in my food. This was absolutely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards.
To make matters worse, I noticed that the employees were not wearing proper hair coverings while working. This is a basic hygiene practice that every food establishment should follow to ensure the safety of their customers.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, I expected an apology and a resolution. Instead, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The manager refused to acknowledge the problem or accept any responsibility. Their unprofessional attitude only made the situation worse and left me feeling upset and unheard.
This experience has completely ruined my trust in this Burger King location. I urge others to think twice before eating here, as they clearly lack proper hygiene practices and customer service.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes, including enforcing proper hair coverings for employees and training their staff to handle customer concerns with respect. Until then, I will not be returning.

Very long wait in drive thru, had to go inside. Why do they not wear gloves? Man with long dreadlocks, hanging in his face and shoulders, should of had a hair net on. Onion rings very salty.

Anyone who knows me, knows that when my to go order is wrong and I'm already back on the road, I get super annoyed. It took a while to get our food, the food was ok, but sadly my order was wrong.
