Do NOT ever go to this Dunkin. They literally refused to make my drink with no ice and made my drink totally wrong. Refused to correct the issue and the manager said he didn't know how to refund my money because I paid in the app and refused to refund my money. 7 workers disrespected me along with the manager all over just wanted a drink that I get every single day that is on the menu...no changes...just no ice because I was getting for later but that is besides the point but I never get ice in any drink...anywhere. I should be able to get no ice. I would have paid extra for no ice. They gave me an energy drink which I can not have. They told me to take the drink and refused to make it correctly. I wouldn't even give this Dunkin 1 star but I had to so I could do a review. Something is this drink I received was also bad. My daughter tasted it and spit it out. She said something is bad/spoiled in here. They said it is made correctly and nothing wrong with it. I have never been treated like this anywhere. Nor ganged up on by 7 workers, especially the manager.

I been coming here here buying a coffee every morning for the past few months n I order the same thing everyday a sm. Coffee 2 cream snd 3 sugars for some reason I neverrrr taste any sugar so the next I say 2 cream anddd 4 sugar n see if that helps and again no sugar what so ever then the 3rd day I go up and add another sugar so 5 sugars today snd stilllll no sugar like id sugar expensive or something

I can't say enough good things about the off tour manager that waited on us. She was working by herself, had the time to be courteous and friendly, filled orders quick and efficient. If all DD employees are like Staci, you've made a DD fan for life.

Croissant sandwich was burnt & there was only 6 tater tots in a tiny bag which looked like it would hold at least twice as much. No more Dunkin for me.

Came here with my heart set on trying the new cookie latte and was disappointed that it was currently sold out, but your fantastic barista Julia informed me that they’d have more tomorrow and I could get that cookie butter taste I had been craving. She also let me know that there was a cookie butter doughnut, which I just had to have and try and I’m thankful she did because it was fantastic. Shout out to her for her amazing customer service and suggestion.

I like this store. It is clean, inviting and everyone is kind to eachother and the customers. Everyone is very mindful and very demure. It seems like it’s a great place to work and serves great coffee. Food is good and I would recommend the chicken roasted pepper rap or a pumpkin signature latte. My order is always ready when I arrive and if it isn’t, the staff make sure it’s made immediately. The lady at the counter already knew my order and made It for me before I could even ask! That’s great customer service.

One of the bagels on the sandwich was cut in half so the cheese leaked out and got stuck on the paper. The hash browns were charred burnt.

Spring Kirin

Dunkin is always great in the morning. I've been here several times and will definitely be back! I've never gotten a wrong order from them, and staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Coffee always takes a while but that is to be expected with the amount of drive thru and online orders they get during my visits, and it always comes out delicious. Donuts are good any time of the day and never stale.

So ridiculous. Made an online order to pick up. Waited for 20 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, my drink was not ready - mind you , only one simple coffee , not even that fancy. , waited for another 5. Usually they’re nice about it but the lady’s attitude today was horrible. There should be a lane to get out of line cuz by the time I got to the window , I’d rather not have my coffee

Went there earlier today and they were out of the bagel I mobile-ordered for my sandwich. They apologized and got me a substitute and then brought it out to my car, also giving me extra hash browns! They were very polite and the food was great

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the team at this Dunkin. They’re very nice and respectful and I go every day yes sometimes longer wait. I’m guessing that’s due to college kids going back to school and they are a little short handed as with other companies such as the Burger King next-door that has the dining room closed 90% of the time and they’ve been like that all year. Give them a chance, I’m sure they will get more people in there and get things moving like they did all summer. If you look at other reviewers, they also say positive things about the team. I don’t know where this previous reviewer get’s the team is not personable from, maybe it’s you. ?

I didn't know Dunkin locations were independently owned until now, so that's why I'm reviewing. This location is really terrible. Staff is incredibly slow- prepare to wait at least 4x the amount of time to receive your order than you would at other locations, and be aware there is a high chance of it still being wrong. I will say it could partially be due to understaffing, they do always seem a bit flustered. The staff is constantly changing, I'm not sure if they have a lot of part time employees or high turnover. The staff is very young and seem to have no interest in the job- they're very un personable. They also don't "carry" random items at this location, such as butter packets- even though it's an elected option on the app. I don't mean they're out- they do not carry them.

I try to avoid this location as much as possible.

The manager was belittling the young lady at the register trying to take our order. She was rude and dismissive even my 10 year old son was uncomfortable. Really unprofessional and as a manager should not be treating the employees this way. The manager also was speaking poorly about mobile order customers. Really unpleasant experience
