Buyer beware- if you go through the drive through, they have the little voice prompt that says “what can i get started for you?”. If you start saying your order, a very stressed voice will come through to say “I will be right with you THANK YOU” Poor girl- I get it, but on behalf of your customers please change your auto message 😂 I’m sure your employees would appreciate it edit- food and coffee was so spot on though, really good

learn how to make a schedule or treat your staff right so you aren’t understaffed. There is NO reason ONE employee is working with 20 orders on their screen. I felt so bad for the employee and they were so nice but they were DROWNING. and i see this often at this location. Dunkin’s MANAGEMENT needs to do better.

I used the app the night before so my order would be ready at the indicated time. When I got there my order was not ready yet. There was one worker and they stated they were slammed at the drive though as soon as the store opened. I can understand that, but as she is putting my order together, she continues to take customers in the drive through line. I was there before they were, but since I went into the store for my order, drive through was open and being used. I learned my lesson: either don't use the app and scheduled a pickup of food or tie up the drive through. It just seems logical to me that you wait on the customer who was first, but maybe I am wrong.

Was picking up donuts for our voting poll place. At 6:30 am on Tuesday, election day, the display case was 75% empty. I wanted to get some Boston Creme and other filled donuts. They had ZERO available. The person waiting on me was very nice. Not her fault. The franchise has really tanked.

Unprofessional staff. Stopped in this morning to grab an assorted dozen and 2 coffees. No issue receiving the donuts, however, the lady taking my order has poor listening skills
The issue is with the lady handing off the coffees. Please, speak up with the order # OR type of coffee when putting a coffee and or drink on the counter. From where customers stand in the waiting area, we aren’t able to see which coffee is ours, as the label is small. It helps the customer to go ahead and grab their order and leave so they can get to their destination. Staff was arguing in the back. Unprofessional. Lack of communication with one another. Overall, a crap show.
they overwork the staff in the mornings when it's super busy and it's hard for them to keep up with the customers even though they provide good service. employees always running around.

My wife goes there everyday and me twice a week..normally I have reasons to complain like today recieved iced drink instead of hot but they get 5 stars for the fact I forgot my wallet and rather then have to go home and come back the wonderful lady in drive thru took care of it think her name was ej... dunkin give her a raise...

I came in for a quick coffee and donut last week and was very rudely not greeted by a girl with black hair. She watched me stand at the counter and then was very rude to her coworkers, making me very uncomfortable. She was speaking to them and me very condescendingly, and had a very snappy attitude.
