Just went and while in the drive through a polite gentlemen started taking my order halfway through he was interrupted by the manager who cut him off and finished my order. Then proceeded to charge me for the wrong meal and couldn’t even find my order. I was the only car in line at the time. Manager needs to not micromanage especially if she can’t do it correctly. If she’d of let the guy finish what he was in the middle of it probably would have went better.

Entire order was incorrect. When we back in the server threw our bag of food at us. Food was again wrong and we were refused service to correct.

The snarky girl who made our drinks told us after we placed a mobile order that they were out of milk. They processed to tell me that I need to give more time when ordering multiple drinks on line. Maybe you should make sure you don't run out of milk for you customers and don't lecture me about when to order my drinks when clearly inconvenienced me with being out of milk

THIS STORE IS NEVER OPEN AT 4:30AM, always dark. Says open at 4:30 sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and tried to go inside, doors locked gentleman standing there didn’t look over and or say a word

This store is an absolute joke. I have placed multiple online orders in the morning during normal business hours to show up and the store be dark or employees tell me they cannot fulfill orders. Now I get to contact dunkin for a refund due to their ineptitude. The owner should have their franchise pulled. This place was thriving for 6 months after the remodel, now it’s back to the same terrible level of service its was at before.

I walked in for counter service, but was never helped. They were too busy with the mobile and drive up orders to help me at the counter. I stood there for five minutes everybody busy working, but nobody coming to help me.

Buyer beware- if you go through the drive through, they have the little voice prompt that says “what can i get started for you?”. If you start saying your order, a very stressed voice will come through to say “I will be right with you THANK YOU”
Poor girl- I get it, but on behalf of your customers please change your auto message 😂 I’m sure your employees would appreciate it
