If you’re simply getting coffee, this place is great and you really can’t go wrong. Facility is very nice and modern. Staff is always friendly. It seems that a lot of the not-stellar reviews pertain to food. So take this review with a grain of salt.

I've been here a handful of times. They are either out of donuts or they are extremely stale. I got there at 5:50 this morning and got 4 glazed donuts. They are far from fresh. Theyre hard and taste like a few days old, at the very least. They just had a remodel and opened a few days ago. I expected to have fresh donuts, or at least freshly thawed? Such a disappointment.We got donuts yesterday as well and they were hard as rocks. Never again.

I came in to get my mobile order and asked for it and they said it still wasn't made. I noticed the drink was made and the two boxes were sitting on the counter in the back. They told me to wait, I waited over 15min to finally stand up and said to check those two boxes and guess what name was on them. I stormed out there livid...never again will I come back to this location as their organization needs adjusted and everyone needs to be on the same page. Didn't even get an I'm sorry when they knew they ended up wrong. I will gladly go to another location.

Literally needs shut down or workers need a wake up call. Came here after church and ordered drinks. They gave me and another person with me who works for a different Dunkin drinks that had no coffeee/espresso in it via drive thru. After tasting it the person i had with me took them in and the workers told her they only had decaf and were out of regular/espresso.... I went in and demanded a refund.... NONE of them would even look at me. I flat out told them people dont come here to spend that kind of money for decaf, and if they did, theyd ask for it. What they did is literally theft by deception and a criminal charge. I know that sounds ridiculous over coffee but there was an entire line of vehicles of which they never disclosed to anyone else of only having decaf available. They knew that if they disclosed it, people wouldnt buy or tip, so they intentionally omitted to take advantage of people. Will NEVER come here againas the whole crew was aware of the situation including the manager on duty.
Its literally 8:40 AM on Saturday don’t go through drive through for donuts they have nothing!!!! They only have a few muffins and thats it!! Wow dunkin donuts… you made my day.

I have a complicated drink order and they always make it perfect with no complaints ?
It’s literally 10:30 in the morning. I walk in with my 2 kids that both want maple donuts. They tell me they don’t have anymore maple donuts. Okay then what do you do for the rest of the day until you close at 8pm?!?! It’s the same thing every time with this one. But you go up rt 8 to the other one and if they don’t have any on the rack they say “yep let me just grab more out of the back”. This Dunkin is garbage and people are lazy

Why doesnt any Dunkin’ make the donuts in the stores anymore I was told the get them in frozen and they heat them up that’s all why whyDietary restrictions: I can’t eat dairy ?
