I was given the wrong order. I didn’t discover it was wrong until 20 minutes after picking it up and sitting down to eat with my family. I called the store number and the young man who picked up stated that he wasn’t at the location, he was at some sort of order intake center. He offered to transfer me to the store phone and put me on hold. A few minutes later the call was picked up and immediately disconnected. It seemed to me I had been hung up on. I attempted to call the number again and it rang continuously and retried calling 4 or 5 times before a robo-voice simply said the call couldn’t be answered and it hung up. So it seems to me the store ducked was ducking my calls. I’m not going to bother trying again.
If ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage and another thin crust with chicken and bacon. We were given a pizza with olives (I can’t stand them) and another with sausage and onions. When I picked up the order these were the only two pizzas in the holding cabinet so I suspect they had already given my order to the person these belonged to before I arrived.
We’ll be ordering from somewhere else unless this can be resolved somehow, which is a shame because we’ve been ordering from this location for the past 4 years.

We ordered a large pizza with double the amount of both regular and crispy cup pepperoni, a large super supreme with comments to have as little to no crust as possible and as must toppings to the edge as they could, and a medium buffalo chicken pizza with extra grilled chicken. The double pepperoni pizza only had a regular amount of pepperoni. The super supreme pizza looked like it actually had more crust than usual instead of more toppings to the edge. The amount of crust was ridiculous. The buffalo chicken pizza did not have any visible buffalo sauce, and I did not taste any buffalo sauce. There were only a few small pieces of chicken on each piece. I won't be ordering from this Pizza Hut location again.
UPDATE - I was contacted by a Pizza Hut rep regarding my review. Please see the pictures of email exchanges. I was given an apology and offered either a refund or store credit, and I was told to reply with my choice. I replied and chose a refund. I waited a week and did not hear back from him and did not see a refund hit my bank account or receive one in the mail. I emailed him asking for a status update, and again, nothing. I guess this is what Pizza Hut does. They provide crappy food and then offer an empty apology and false promise of a refund.

Picked up an Uber order today and the manager of the store was running register I heard him talking about how they had just given a customer the wrong pizza so I tried to see the receipt to confirm my order he gave me attitude about double checking and said it was absolutely right I got to my car and realized the order was in fact wrong so I went back In to get the order the manager was on the phone and didn't even apologize but in fact was met with more attitude all for making sure the order was right I'd be surprised if anyone got a proper order that day the manager didn't seem to care what customers got would never eat here worst customers service I've ever had

Pizza hut went way downhill when they brought door dash into the mix. Why should you pay 6 dollar delivery fee AND 5$ or more to tip the driver? It's absurd. I ordered at 2pm, it said I'd have my order by 237pm. It's now almost 5pm and I just now got my food. The store is maybe a mile away but we were extremely busy or I would've just picked it up. Every single time I choose delivery there's some kindve issue with them. I'm not one to leave reviews at all really but these places are slowly falling apart because if pure laziness and financial greed. Pay people more money to do the job right or close up shop. I couldn't even cancel my order because nobody answers the dang phone in store. Mainly why I'm leaving this review. Otherwise the food is still great ill continue to order here but come on get it together pizza hut!!!

Ordered at 3:10 told delivery estimate 3:45. Got to my door (cold) at 4:42. Better than dominos. I live less than 3 min from the Etna shop. Would have been 4 stars without the 1.5 hr wait and rude driver. Maybe train your drivers better... or at all?
Can't even get orders right.... communication between customer and server is seemingly just as terrible as the communication between staff members. Won't order from here again.
