Got delivery. Order was for 8 boneless wings, got 3 somewhat breaded chunks of chicken and a big pile of bread with a scrap of chicken in it. The pizza had way too much tomato sauce and a thin layer of cheese and some pepperoni. The bone in wings was the only good thing we got.

I hoped to bring my daughter her favorite pizza. Pizza Hut pan pizza. Called to place my order because no online orders were being accepted. When I asked for pan pizza, I was informed that traditional hand tossed was the closest I could get to what I wanted. Searching online about this situation the next day, I was surprised to learn that Pizza Hut changed their recipe in 2019. I guess it's time for me to search for a great pan pizza since it can't come from Pizza Hut anymore.

better pizza than other mass produced places. you can't beat the $2 personal pan pizzas they have on tuesdays currently and they arent stingy w the toppings. The sausage in particular is the best of the chains. Feels like book-it from grade school and im here for it. Thanks homies!

I ordered an original crust pizza with three toppings. What I got was a hand tossed pizza which is not what I ordered. The employees at this location did a great job of giving me good pizza but, that’s not what I ordered. There’s a difference between the two crust. I only wanted what I ordered and did not get what I wanted. I blame whoever took the order from me and then submitted it to this location .So, I guess I just have to accept this because of their error. It’s not fair and some kind of coupon should be given to all of us who experience these mistakes! Recently I went to primantis and they messed up my order and they are willing to make it up to me which I salute Paul for doing so. This needs to stop and people need to speak up because they don’t care about you as long as they got your money! Waiting now for Pizza Hut response but I won’t hold my breath

Orders 2 pizzas and cheese sticks last night. Pizza was dry and bland. Didn’t seem like the normal crust. Barely any sauce on the pizza. Just lousy top to bottom. Pizza Hut is going the way of Sears, Kmart and Toy R Us. Probably the last Pizza Hut pizza I’ll ever eat.
Online order at 4:00. I live less than 1 mile away. Finally delivered at 5:05?? Cold food was expected but shouldn't be tolerated.

First time ordering from this location. Ordered the BDB: 2 medium pizza w/ pasta and breadsticks online. Everything was perfect. I walked in and was promptly greeted. Employees were very friendly. They had my order ready in their heating cabinet and I was in and out quickly. Food was hot, cooked well, and tasted great.
Always take negative reviews with a grain of salt. Many people have 1 bad experience after years of great ones, yet leave a bad review after one lousy visit. Definitely returning to this location!

I order from here often and its always late the longest was 45 minutes and the last 3 times my food was cold by the time it got here then you try and call and no one answers like honestly do better or just drop the delivery service please and thank you!
