We had high expectations since getting a reservation is so difficult. Parking was free and plentiful. The restaurant is beautifully appointed. We were seated immediately and given menus. Entree prices ranged from $36-56. The hostess was nice and returned to the table to describe a long list of specials that were hard to remember. Clifford’s was a treat to finally be able to get a reservation and the anticipation was very high given the exclusivity and price. Ultimately we were happy we went, service was great, parts of the meal were fantastic but others were just not quite there for the price. Crab cake appetizer was off the charts but my prime rib entree was pretty tough and lacking much flavor. My wife and I eat here regularly and we'd strongly recommend it to everyone. It's a fantastic restaurant with a comprehensive menu to satisfy anyone's desires. The staff is very attentive and the food is fantastic. For those who experience difficulties in making individual reservations I'd STRONGLY encourage you to make your reservations for an ENTIRE YEAR, so as to ensure your ongoing reservations without having to call.
