Someone said in the reviews that the steak and cheese was the worst..... well you haven't had all steak and cheese subs then! This is about the only place I'll eat a steak and cheese sub! And it's not on a hot dog roll. That's false. It's on a steak roll. This sandwich is loaded with cheese! The steak isn't full of nasty gristle like other places. This is me and my guy friend's "go- to" when we come here..... or the sloppy joe.As a business owner, I understand it's hard to compete, especially with chain restaurants, when it comes to pricing. I'd rather spend a little bit extra to give to a mom and pop any day than to support some nasty McDonald's.Portions are great here. You'll leave stuffed. But don't skip dessert. She's got the best around.

I stopped in after a long night on the road. It was fantastic! I ordered the "Mandy Jo's Big Breakfast," and it was incredibly filling. The coffee was great, and the service was friendly! I've always been a breakfast person, and this is one of the best I've had!

Steak sub is worst on the planet and in a hot dog roll for almost $12. No way worth it. Everything else we've had is really tasty and not a long wait time. Clean, friendly homey feel. We realize all restaurants have raised prices but this small town place is a little too expensive. Prices on internet are not up to date, quite a surprise when you actually have the menu in your hands

I originally gave this place 5 stars, but since then, they have raised their prices. The menu is way over priced. A breakfast for me & my wife was over $50.00, not including tip! I honestly can't see how locals can afford to eat there on a regular bases. Foods good, but not $50.00 good.
Good home style cooking. Friendly staff and good service.

Compared to other restaurants, prices seem to be a little bit pricey?? Example: Bowl of soup at Traditions -$5.00, Bob Evans - $5.00, Dew Drop-$5.00, Village News -$5.00, R& J's -$5.00, Stooges -$5.00, and Mandy's -$7.95 ?? Just one example !!!
