McDonald's Reviews
Just got home from there and not very happy. Got 4 happy meals, not one of them has a toy. Got a mccrispy deluxe sandwich and the chicken is burnt, got a Big Mac meal and only got the sandwich, sandwich has a middle bun as the top bun!! Idk what’s going on but absolutely ridiculous!!! Have some mad kiddos, that’s for sure!! Not only that, took forever for her to take the order and could tell she was aggravated because we are a family of 6. Will be going to a different McDonald’s....read full review

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food restaurant, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had positive experiences with the efficient staff, hot and fresh food, and quick service, others have encountered issues such as old food, missing items, and incorrect orders.
The restaurant is often described as a "hit or miss" experience, with the first shift generally providing better service and accuracy compared to the second shift. Customers appreciate the kind staff, and some have noted the admirable inclusion of individuals with disabilities in the workforce, which enhances their support for the restaurant. However, frustrations arise when special requests are not handled properly or when the food quality is lacking.
Despite these occasional challenges, McDonald's remains a popular choice for a quick bite, especially for those on the go. The convenience and familiarity of the restaurant make it a go-to option for many. However, the overall experience can vary depending on the location and the shift.
Customers have reported that visiting during the first shift, when the store manager is more likely to be present, can lead to a better-executed order. Positive experiences have included receiving generous treats like a free McChicken and a bag of fresh, hot fries when an order was slightly mistaken. On the other hand, some customers have noted issues such as dirty tables and stressed employees, particularly when the restaurant is busy.
Management is encouraged to focus on improving staff training, employee retention, and quality control to ensure a more consistent and satisfactory dining experience for all.
