Just got home from there and not very happy. Got 4 happy meals, not one of them has a toy. Got a mccrispy deluxe sandwich and the chicken is burnt, got a Big Mac meal and only got the sandwich, sandwich has a middle bun as the top bun!! Idk what’s going on but absolutely ridiculous!!! Have some mad kiddos, that’s for sure!! Not only that, took forever for her to take the order and could tell she was aggravated because we are a family of 6. Will be going to a different McDonald’s. This one has went to absolute crap and something is messed up almost every single time we give it a shot!!!

This is honestly the worst McDonald's Ive ever been to. The manager who was working was completely incompetent. The place was dirty, just go a few miles down the road and there is a McDonald's in Hancock, MD. You'll thank me later.
Best mcdonalds I done ever stepped foot in. The employees were helpful and kind . The kiosk messed up an order slightly and they proceeded to shower us in gifts. First it was a free mcchicken and the later they just handed us a 2 pound bag of fresh, hot, steamy fries. I have never seen such praise. Will do what it takes to come back to this exact location. 5 stars in every possible way to this place.

10/11/24 went to go inside at 914 pm lobby closes at 10 they had doors locked and came out and told us they were closing lobby for maintenance and was trying to get everyone out but yet there isn't anyone here doing maintenance and there is still people in there eating so we ended up having to go through the drive thru which is bull crap
