Pathetic service. I had to wait for my food for 30 mins. The fries were cold. 2 burgers and coffee was missing. The staff didn't care if we complained.

This is my local McDonald’s, which is really unfortunate. I’ve had many problems with this location over the years, many wrong orders, rude employees (and managers), etc.
I don’t mind it half the time but today kind of bothered me.
My order was $14.06, I gave the cashier $15, I counted twice, I know for a fact that’s the amount I handed her. She took my money, put it in the register, and walked away. No change back. I waited there for like 5 minutes after she walked away to ask about my change. When she came back she told me I only gave her $14 She swore up and down. And I told her that I definitely gave her 15.
She took the cash tray back and counted it, came back and said that the register was perfect, so not off by any amount. I know this wasn’t true thought because if I “only gave her $14” then the register would’ve been off by at least 6 cents.
I know you stole my 94 cents girl, I know you did.
I have no intentions of spending my hard earned money here anymore between that and all of my other experiences at this McDonald’s.

Slowest McDonald's you can ever go to. If your in a rush do not go here even if your the only car your still gonna wait 8-10+ minutes for your food. If you got a line of cars be ready to wait upwards of 25-30 minutes.

Only a matter of time before this entire junk company goes under. Prices are outrageous now, can't even get an orange juice included with a breakfast meal anymore with a ridiculous upcharge.
On the plus side, the food at this location was good and fresh.
We went specifically to this location based on reviews that included photos of a play place. I wasn’t sure if they were standard photos but compared to other reviews for locations nearby and it seemed the reviews were specific to this place. Turns out it was updated and there is no play place. Luckily there were games on screens. Service was slow and the bathrooms were flooding, which management called in maintenance right away. Pretty much what you would expect from a McDonald’s on a long road trip

Was very happy to see this McDonald's employs an individual with a mental disability! I think that's very admirable and will support with my business any time I am driving by. I am not from the area but I do travel past this area monthly.
