Was very happy to see this McDonald's employs an individual with a mental disability! I think that's very admirable and will support with my business any time I am driving by. I am not from the area but I do travel past this area monthly.

If i could, i would not give this place one star even. Staff was shouting at each other about problems, they were rude and it took really long before we got our order. Unfortunatelly, they got it wrong and instead of a Bacon cheese burger, i got some kind of hamburger. I kinda think it was on purpose, because they shouted something about being understaffed and being out of some items, so it is possible they just gave me whar they had. Horrid service…

The kitchen staff were screaming at each other, shouting foul language in the midst of small children is completely unacceptable. Our food was barely warm. Management needs to do anger management training with their staff. Tables needed cleaned as well. 😡

Don't order an iced caramel coffee unless you want your drink to consist of 80% caramel syrup. Staff is usually grumpy and inattentive.

The lady who took our order seemed rude and like she hated her job. The lady who took our payment was very friendly though and the one who gave us our food didn't even say anything and glared at us. We got our food and it was SUPER messy, some how they managed to get ketchup and mayo ALL over on the bun for one of the burgers then the other burger was barely even put together, pickles weren't even ON it plus there was also sauce everywhere aswell.
Just got home from there and not very happy. Got 4 happy meals, not one of them has a toy. Got a mccrispy deluxe sandwich and the chicken is burnt, got a Big Mac meal and only got the sandwich, sandwich has a middle bun as the top bun!! Idk what’s going on but absolutely ridiculous!!! Have some mad kiddos, that’s for sure!! Not only that, took forever for her to take the order and could tell she was aggravated because we are a family of 6. Will be going to a different McDonald’s. This one has went to absolute crap and something is messed up almost every single time we give it a shot!!!

Went in at 7 and they kept messing up everyone's order. There was a man who was there longer than us who didn't get his food until after my parents. They forgot the drinks and fries from the order and then forgot the bacon on the sandwich. After they got their food correct my husband and I were still waiting for ours it is 7:37 and we finally got our order but they forgot two sandwiches. They finally gave us them but it was wrong. Then the manager walked out instead of trying to help. They also kept putting the order to food being in served rather than in progress

Last time I was there I ended up with a raw double quarter and it wasn't the 1st time I'd had issues with the food here... it's been over a year and I haven't been back

This is about the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, they can’t even get the order right let alone waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for one burger. Food sucks, always missing items. Workers don’t care at all about you. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. Just tear this place down.
