We were just passing through on our way home from a concert in State College, and stumbled upon this treasure. Both of our teenagers work at the locally owned home town ice cream place where we live, so we had to stop here. So many flavors to choose from! Workers were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great.

Me and my family used to come to the Igloo all the time when traveling to see family in nearby Martinsburg. Since then, I’ve developed a lactose intolerance which has limited my ice cream-consuming abilities. We decided to come to the Igloo again on a whim and were pleasantly surprised to learn about all their lactose-free options! They had so many flavors to choose from, which we really appreciated. I cannot understate how great it feels to be accommodated and enjoy a frozen treat! Keep up the great work, Igloo.

Another great roadside attraction and great piece of Programmatic Architecture...The Igloo..a working ice cream shop that looks like an actual ice cream sundae! The building alone would make you hungry! Anyone have a really big spoon?
