Blue ribbon have changed the recipe for their ice cream. Tastes very average now. Whatever you do don’t buy it again. I ended up throwing it out

I want to thank the nice woman who packed my ice cream for traveling over 4 hours after the first lady didn’t offer. She had it first packed in a paper bag and then wrapped in newspaper. She then put a bag of ice in the cooler. ( First Lady wanted to charge me for a bag of ice). Kudos to you as the ice cream was totally frozen upon arrival and you are my hero. Thank you for going out of your way to make this happen. 😀😀👍👍👍👍
Staff is really rude. Acted inconvenienced by every question we asked . Absolutely no customer service skills AT ALL. Doubtful I will ever go back again.

If there was a way to leave no stars I would put no stars. I had the worst experience at blue ribbon today. I went there to order a root beer float with my friend and she was going to get a coffee and we were gonna charge our phones while we ate our food and the one gentleman came out flipping out, saying we don’t want people like you in here just sitting around for two hours. And I said we aren’t just sitting around we are ordering food and we are charging our phones while we eat and he threatened to call the cops because I asked him. What do you mean people like you totally discriminating against me and my friend doesn’t even know us and we were giving service. We werent just sitting there using electricity and not paying for anything so he told us to get out or he’s gonna call the cops. I will never return again. Customer service sucked and the atmosphere was even worse. Just so disrespectful.
