"Great Food, great prices, great service."""My first picture is the grand finale of a homemade pasta sampler meal."""Very classy and the prices are higher.""Was not very appealing watching them making food with no gloves on."

I made my first visit to checkout the homemade pasta at Gramma Aita's in Exeter since others had so many good comments on my previous post. I bought gnocchi, meat ravioli and meat cappeletti. My first picture is the grand finale of a homemade pasta sampler meal. I added pictures showing before/after cooking each pasta. I was given strict instructions to cook the gnocchi (boil them until they are floating then boil only one more minute and then take them out of the water to sit for a minute or two). As you can tell in the name...the pasta recipes were handed down from the owners grandmother. I give the meat cappeletti the slight edge but the sampler trump's that and I would do the sampler as preferred. The pasta fed 3 adults and 2 small children and only cost me less than $20 which is great especially being a quality homemade product. I hope this helps those looking for good homemade pasta locally. Enjoy!
