We had an excellent event at Al Pastor this past Friday for over 15 people. The manager, Jose, was organized, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The food was excellent, and our primary server (Madison H) went above to make sure everyone was taken care of during the event. Thank you, Al Pastor!

We've been to this restaurant numerous times and have always had a great experience. It's been a few months since we were last there and this time was awful. I thought they were closed when we first walked in. It was a Saturday night and a sign on the hostess stand directed us to see the bartender for seating. After a few minutes a women at the bar (a customer) asked if we need help and told us to sit wherever. To be clear: our server was great; she was very friendly and attentive. But the food was DISGUSTING. We spent over $100: my margarita was far from good but drinkable, the crispy cauliflower bowl was inedible, the salsa for the chips tasted and looked like marinara sauce, and the smell from my side or rice and beans was really off-putting. The only good thing we ate were the fries I ordered as an app. We also had ordered tres leches to take home and that was equally inedible. All in all I paid over $100 for a shitty margarita and some french fries. Never again.

We stopped in for dinner since we were visiting the craft fair. Food was wonderful. We got a “nacho baby” and it was huge. Blackened Shrimp Fajitas - 4 tortillas! No one gives you 4! And the sweet potato tacos were definitely 5 star. Atmosphere nice. Quite busy (to be fair they were the only ones open) but the cherry on top was our server Alyssa. So attentive and nice. We recommend Al Pastor.
Nick was amazing! He made sure we were happy and doing okay on all streets of our meal! Definitely will be back!

I was a bit tentative about bringing guests here for the first time tonight just because of some of the mixed reviews online. But I can tell you, this place is great. The food was fresh and very good. The portions were large. We all had to bring some home. The prices, I thought, were very reasonable. I listened to some of the reviews I read and asked for Madison for our server as so many said she was fantastic. She was! Friendly, attentive, saw that everything came out perfectly. She saw to it that we had a perfect experience. Even added a table to our table to make it bigger when we had a lot of plates. She was absolutely fantastic in every way. I’ll be requesting her every time I go. The outside seating was so nice with great live music but not so loud that you couldn’t have a conversation. Everything about our experience tonight was great! I will definitely be going back again!!!!!!!!!
