Last night my friend and I had a great time dining at Al Pastor. From Sarah's service, always making sure we were satisfied, to our tasty blue crab, pineapple, and pomegranate guacamole and chips, to our entrees and margaritas, everything was awesome. We took a chance with the guacamole, and it was gone in no time. The short rib enchiladas were delicious and the spicy tuna tacos were yummy, too. I recently had the pleasure of dining at El Pastor in Eagleview, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
