Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings

I have pretty much had it with the service. The last couple of times I was there I had to wait considerable time just to have a waitress come to the table and/or place a take out order. It was never like that before. My reward was expiring and I couldn’t get it to redeem on the app. I called 3 times and was on hold so long I just hung up. If you need workers, hire them!

My husband and I love coming to Anthony’s every Friday night, we always hope to get Justine, she’s an excellent waitress, great personality! Love coming in enjoying drinks and food. Wouldn’t stand a chance to miss a Friday night with Justine.

My son and I walked in there at 8:30 after football practice to sit down and have some pizza and the hostess told us she didn’t want to serve us because they were about to close. Anthonys does not close until 9 PM. She got an attitude with us that we wanted to eat there a half hour before they close and told us that they wanted to close their kitchen early because they weren’t super busy even though there were four other people eating in there.

Great place to eat, the pizza was phenomenal and crisp. And the wings were very good, I recommend trying the buffalo wings.

Just walked out. Drove 30 minutes to be sat for 20 mins without even getting our drinks. Dirty windows, staff just waiting for other staff to deliver food. A waste of my time and gas money.

We love the Anthony’s in Exton but had a horrible experience this evening with a lack of any concern. We experienced such a sad state of affairs at this location. The appetizer appeared before a lame salad following abysmal service from the bar. No one seemed at all concerned. The manager had no problem dismissing us after we complained about the situation. He seemed totally disengaged and never addressed our situation. We are never returning and wonder how no one seems to care how people feel. People are your business and that is why service is vital. You need us and we don’t need you.

I haven’t been to Anthony’s in a while and came in tonight for a late dinner. The bartender, Crystal, was absolutely amazing! She couldn’t have been nicer, and not just to me, to all of her customers. She went above and beyond to not only make sure everyone was taken care of but also went out of her way to make small talk with all of her guests, creating a welcoming environment. This is unfortunately a rare quality in the restaurant industry these days. I find restaurants are understaffed and the service is so so. Crystal is a true gem and Anthony’s is lucky to have her. I will certainly be back and will tell everyone I know that if they are looking for good food and the best service, Anthony’s is the place to go- ask for Crystal! PS - Let’s Go Phillies!

I’ve been a regular customer at Anthony’s Pizza from this location, but recently, the quality has significantly declined. My latest takeout order of two large pizzas—Margherita and Spicy Honey with balsamic glaze—was disappointing. The crust was completely burnt on the sides and bottom. Both pizzas were inedible due to being burnt, which was a complete waste. I advise customers to thoroughly check their takeout orders before spending $50 on two pizzas.

To the location manager, please prioritize customer service and ensure better quality in delivery.

I have to re-review, quality has been going down, even though prices went up which is expected because of everything, but along with quality going down is unacceptable, latest "new" shrimp pizza order didn't even have a total of maybe 4 small shrimps on 12" pie spread in tiny pieces, crust was super hard and more like burned, original wings were too salty and chewy, I make better roasted wings in my oven...really bad for $17 for 10 wings (5 actual wings). I will not order again till they bring back the good food quality, Italian Village or Jades Pizza have far better food quality and cheaper now, disappointing
