I had the Tuesday cheese steak special and a Levante beer. My server Jennifer said she's usually not in on Tuesday and wasn't aware of the beer specials. She confirmed the beer and returned. I waited a while for my drink & water, the food took 20+ min. They seemed to be short handed. The special & beer was good but if you're limited on time choose someplace else. BTW there's an upcharge for credit cards.

I ordered through the website which uses DoorDash. Apparently my order was picked up by the wrong driver. I waited over 45 min. Nothing was proactively communicated. I had to reorder and pick up. A refund isn’t offered for days. I will have to wait to see if that actually is processed.

This restaurant is disgusting and should be shut down. I ordered a burger with avocado and found TWO separate hairs imbedded in it. I called and asked for a refund for the first time in my life and had the misfortune of speaking with Alicia. She was rude, condescending, and snottily informed me none of her staff was blond when I mentioned there were two blond hairs found in my food. She then made me send her a photo OF THE HAIR before issuing a refund- of which she only refunded the base cost of the burger, not the added on avocado or tax. When I called the restaurant to ask where the rest of the refund was, I was told I would be contacted shortly and the hostess took down my email. Of course I have not heard back from anyone. Anyway, photo of the hair attached.
Edit- I’ve called and emailed for the past month and have not heard one word back. I guess when your restaurant is known for rude wait staff and foreign objects in the food you don't generate enough revenue to issue a $4 refund.

I stayed away for 2 years and decided to give it another try. I'm a Broncos fan and with all the tvs had to beg and plead for one lousy TV to be put on. After watching on my phone for the first quarter the manager decided to pu the game on. Meanwhile the waitress was extremely rude when I kindly asked to put it on. With 2 minutes left in a close game-they switched it to the phillies game. I had to.leave my seat and friend to find the game. After this I won't be returning or recommend any of my friends to come to to this place until they offer all the games and service improves.

Man this place went down hill, forced into a remodel to try to keep up with surrounding restaurants, remodel didn’t help any. Still the same old cruddy place and crappy owner. He’s got a terrible attitude. Played music on his touch tones and he skipped not one but two songs. Why have a touch tones in your restaurant if we can’t listen to what we ( the customer) paid for? Didn’t even offer a return or explanation to why he skipped it.

It was ok. I’m plant based and the biggest turn off was the waiter kept saying “the fake meat.” It’s already bad enough that us plant based folk have to pick thru menus to find something that suits our way of eating! My appetite wasn’t too big after that.

The service here was quick and courteous. The food was also quick and tasty. There were plenty of televisions with various sporting events playing on them. I wasn't a fan of the high top tables and chairs but that could be just me. Everything else was great. I would eat there again, but sitting at a regular table.
