Very good sushi for Exton Pa. Had the sundae, toro sashimi, Krissy rice. Naruto roll, Bentley roll, salmon avocado roll all were good. Service was excellent

Service- Sophia and Daniel went above 100 % to accommodate sensitive and selective eaters. We celebrated our 78 year mom and from making a reservation, adjusting the time, to making a variety of good choices, this was the TOP restaurant for all ages. Fresh sushi, marinated steak, and Korean bi bum bap were decorated. Dessert of caramelized yam + vanilla ice cream was divine.
Why haven't you eaten here yet?! No doubt the best in the area. 🥇

There’s a lot of cigarette smoking going on by the cooks of this place. Instead of going out back to puff, they walk over to where the bakery and coffee shop is and subsequently pollute the air of those sitting outside nearby. Unsure if there’s any handwashing going on afterwards but someone might want to pay attention here. What a disguising visual and how inconsiderate of others. Makes one wonder about the quality of everything else in there but don’t wish to find out. Stay away from the common areas with your smoking.

Bluefin is the best sushi restaurant in Chester County. It really is. They usually have the best Toro that I've ever tasted. Also, they gave us a complementary cucumber and thyme drink that was very refreshing. Even the complementary dessert was fantastic, which included very fresh melon, pineapple, and some rice mochi I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who likes fresh seafood done Japanese style.
