This was a pleasant surprise! I had the chutoro sushi, seaweed salad, the most amazing Hamachi Kama ever! Such a gigantic portion! They even went off menu and gave us a huge bowl of steamed broccoli! Everything fresh, amazing quality fish. Get here and eat here! Service was top top top!

This was my fourth time coming here and it was just as good as the last. The sushi and sashimi quality is unmatched compared to anywhere I’ve been in Pennsylvania. The flavors in their dishes are so unique and you can really tell that they take pride in creating their food and menu items. I was lucky enough to be waited on by Shane who was extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. I was also lucky enough to get to talk with the head chef Francisco once again who is a wonderful and very talented man. Overall this place is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Highly recommend!

I have dined here several times and it use to be my favorite sushi spot. The service has gone down and the sushi was not the best. I know restaurants have off nights. We were clearly ignored but people who came in after us were constantly attended to and even received food before ours.

Wondering who the kind seating host was today (03/06/24), who helped me find my hat. He took the time to actually search and didn't stop until we found it. I was impressed! So thank you to whoever you were. *I left my hat many weeks ago, and only came back today*. The food was exquisite, (when I came many weeks ago), and will definitely come back in the near future! The vibe of the whole place was amazing as well!!

Something had changed, not as good as it was before.Sushi wasn't good at all, sushi rolls had too much rice and were to thick, fish wasn't cut properly and tasted off, food was a big disappointment, it looked and tasted like it was prepared by an amateur, not professional, something like you do at home with kids.Also, our waiter couldn’t remember our order, he forgot to bring glasses, then he forgot to bring soup with our order, for the price you pay, would be nice to get a better service and better food.Parking: Parking is good and free

Gave it a 3rd try...VERY DISAPPOINTED again! NEVER GOING BACK! Had a reservation at 5:45. Not busy yet. Guy with very long hair in front of eyes, kept flipping it back as he sat us and opened our wine. Sat for 30+ mins for simple apps. Sat longer for a few sushi rolls. Soy sauce was not on the table and waited at least 10 mins for someone to bring soy sauce so we could finally eat. Food was awful. Rice was dry and old. Fish was dry and tasteless. Will never step foot in there again! Bad Service and horrible food!

It took our server over 20 minutes to check in once seated. The restaurant was not busy. Honestly when he finally check in he seemed out of it. He was constantly playing with his hair while serving our food. The food was not great, which was very disappointing, since he have been dining at Blue Fin since it opened. Unfortunately I don't think we will be returning.

While our server was very nice and attentive we sat for more than an hour and a half to receive 2 sushi rolls which actually never came. We did get a salad and one appetizer within 30 minutes but that's it. Won't be going back.

Terrible- second time. We had 7:30 reservations. None of the staff would even make eye contact until about 10 mins waiting. They then took another 10 to sit us in a makeshift table. We sat down and the server opened our wine. We asked for wine glasses - it took another 10 mins to bring glasses - we had already decided to go to another place and walked out. Very disorganized and didn't seem to care about our time. Second time this happened and last time I will book at this place. Pay attention to your customers.

We went for my wife's birthday. I think I put it on the reservation but nobody acknowledged that fact. We got seated and got our server. He was clearly new and inexperienced. We had to ask about the specials that we could overhear from a table next to us who clearly had a more experienced server. We wanted to try the omakase. We asked about it and said it's 8 courses. We asked why there were different price levels. He didn't know and had to ask someone about it. We found out the price was either 6,8 or 10 courses. We chose the 6 course. It clearly says this is not family style. It wasn't until the third course, that was an egg seafood soup had only one spoon, that someone dropped on our table and promptly left before we could ask why only one spoon. After waiting for our server to return. We found out he put in omakase for one not two. He offered to put I. Another order but we were half way through and didn't want to start over. All the courses were delicious. He then said there is a bonus course at the end. We also ordered an oyster mushroom roll that was amazing. We tried to order one of the special rolls that day and he didn't know that it was unavailable . All the courses seemed small. The last bonus course was a huge plate of sushi and sashimi. Which if this was for 1 person is wierd. I'm sure the chef put alot of effort into each course, unfortunately when it got delivered each plate was dropped with no explanation of what we were eating. There didn't appear to be a manager around to check on us, so we didn't complain. We tried to pay and leave, however our waiter gave us a pen that leaked ink all over my hands and credit card. Well told someone at the front who gave me a wipe for my hand. Very disappointed overall. We have been there before and the food is delicious ,they just need to a better job training their staff. I understand these days it is hard however we were at another restaurant and their service was excellent.

Good food, average service. It seems like when they're busy, the service slacks. We used to get complimentary plates from the chef, no more. I had to ask for hot tea after my husband ordered it twenty minutes prior.

Sat at the sushi counter and had great service from the sushi chefs. Their slices of fish are really big so the cost is justified, especially since it's the freshest fish at any sushi restaurant around.
