This was my family’s second year in a row coming here for Christmas Eve, and like always it was spectacular. The food was delicious all around, especially the fillet thermador. Our server, Noah, was also awesome and a really great conversationalist. He really made the whole experience even better.

This restaurant used to be better, meaning better food and better service. We won't be coming back here anytime soon. Really sub-marginal all the way around.
Parking: Really bad parking when busy, tight parking lot.

Nice place. Been there before. But this time it was really bad. Out of control. Directly in front of me was a family out of control. A family sat across from us and had a child on a device playing a video which played audible gunshots out loud for the entire time we were there. I asked management kindly to stop this so we could eat our dinner in peace since it was a Friday nite and my wife and I were coming off a major work week and we were tired.
But the waiter, young manager and supervising manager never addressed the situation. They did nothing at all except for one thing. At the end of the meal when we were leaving, the main manager came to me and asked a series of inappropriate things as if he didn't know what was going on which doesn't make sense since the video was blaring gunshots the entire time I was there. I got up and leaving met a younger manager who was appropriate. I told the staff while leaving that the main manager was inappropriate and I explained to them that I listened to gunshots from a video the entire time I was there. They said they were sorry.
However this sort of thing needs to be addressed appropriately and management needs training on how to talk to people, especially customers, appropriately. I hope that the owner will review this review and talk to the main manager. I believe the younger manager is the better person for the main manager job. I believe he should get that position. I believe if you talk kindly and communicate nicely in a difficult situation it will result in repeated customers. Aggressive managers don't do well with repeat customers cause they won't come back and they will tell others not to go there. So the moral of this discourse is be kind to the customers and they will return. But if you have a problem employee then address the employees issues or they will compromise your business.

Not my type of restaurant, everything has a twist, and pretty overpriced. Good parking .

We went because they had crab legs on special. We got the crab Rangoon dip on special and it took a long time because they said it was taking a long time to dry the wanton chips. We got it later and it was okay. Then I got my crab legs and a lot of them were cold and the server didn’t come back for a long time so I couldn’t tell him. He didn’t give me napkins or a little fork for the crab. We ended up not getting dessert by the time he came back because it had been so long. I’ve had good experiences here but this wasn’t one of them.
I ordered Mahi Mahi meal with fries and vegetables. The butter capers sauce was extremely salty, fish was very dry and lacked any flavor (I think they attempted to reheat or overcooked), fries were not fresh and may have been heated before serving and ketchup was drying too. They mixed our orders and put stuff in my plate that belonged to my friend. It was not a good experience. However the young men who served us was pleasant and attentive but forgot to bring our bread. Must be the pressure of the job. Atmosphere was friendly and not too noisy. Great location.

Rachel is an absolute joy. I would give her 6 stars but I have been reserving those for if Taylor Swift or Bruno Mars ever opens a breakfast joint that serves pecan crepes with vegan ice cream.
