Love Bonefish Grill! We often stop in during the week after long bartending shifts, and the team is always so welcoming. Even when we came in later than usual, everyone was happy, accommodating, and kind. Emma and Rachel are truly the best!

I enjoyed the event last night. The people I sat with were very fun and interesting. The service began well, but as the night went on, it seemed like we weren't served as quickly and a few people at our table were skipped when it came to dessert. Ian, my neighbor, just started that night and he did a great job making sure that we were served our first two courses right away. I felt like the portions were smaller but I did make sure I only ate half of the portions and took the other half home. I loved all of the drinks. I drank every one of them. The bananas foster was my least favorite because it lacked bananas and ice cream. The last time it was served, there was more to the dessert. What really bothered me was the time it took for us to check out. The event was already about 30-45 minutes behind schedule. It was an extra 20 minutes before I got my bill. I'm usually out of there around 8:30 at the latest but last night I believe I was leaving around 9:15.

Food is ok but service is bad. We were there Monday afternoon, it wasn’t busy at all, only us and one other table. after bringing the food, the waitress just disappeared! No refills for the drinks, and we had to find someone else to get the check and take home boxes, she did show up to get the 18% tip signed check though. 😂
My experience here was awesome, my server Lizzy recommended the bang bang shrimp and the cod imperial and they were both delicious. My water was always filled and service was quick.
