Terrible experience. Waited 40 minutes for our drinks and asked the manager to cancel our meals after waiting 2 hours for food. Husband had to go to the bar and bring our drinks to the table himself. Zero accountability from server, he was completely clueless. Avoid this place - McDonalds would be a better option.

Worst service ever. Food is okay. Didn't get what we ordered and then we didn't get the credit for missing items until we protested, even though they said they'd credit us. Others left because no server approached their table after 20 minutes seated.

I had lunch here the other day when the power went out in the shopping center. While this could have been a disaster our Server (who it turns out was also the Manager) was amazing. She came over right away to explain what was going on, comped our drinks and just gave us all around great service while dealing with a power outage with a busy lunch crowd. The apple Gorgonzola salad was delicious and every dish that went by our table looked mouthwatering. We will definitely be back.

Great experience here tonight! Gwyn was super fun and made us feel at home. My son Benjamin is very shy and she even made him laugh! Maxi helped us tonight too and was very sweet. Service here AMAZING!

I was very surprised by the food last night. It arrived to the table cool, compared to what I'm used to expecting there. The server was very gracious and accommodating, and it appeared that they were short staffed.

The staff was so rude and unorganized. Orders were wrong and food just didn’t taste good in general. They acted annoyed when we placed orders as if we were in the wrong for ordering at the restaurant. took almost 45 minutes just to get our drinks and even longer for food, which wouldn’t have been a problem but we didn’t even get our food yet and new party was coming in to get our table and we didn’t even finish eatting and the staff acted like it was our fault for taking long to eat when they couldn’t even get our food out in a respectable amount of time. will not be coming back.

My husband and I used to LOVE Buca di Beppo! There were locations in Plymouth Meeting and center city that we'd frequent and the food was fantastic. The chicken parm rivaled (non chain) Italian restaurants in the city and their sauce, salad, garlic bread, etc were great too. Fast forward several years and we finally made it to the lone Exton location that still exists in the area as the others closed many years ago. We were excited to enjoy a meal again there but it was pretty bad. The sauce was like salsa with no liquid to it, bread was forgettable and chicken parm was a pale, flavorless shadow of its former self. What happened? I can see why the restaurant was only 5-10% full on a weekend night. We won't be returning.
I have to tell you this night was amazing. I let them know I finished cancer treatment today. They made a sign. The manager Samantha from Reading was so nice. Our server, Blake, was so kind and sweet. They did a great job. Went out of their way to make me feel special and give me the Pope Room and the colossal brownie sundae and they sang to me. I felt like a Queen. The food was amazing!

Passing through Exton, PA we stopped at Buca for dinner - party of 2. Ordered: 1 SMALL Spaghetti & Meatball; 1 SMALL Raviolli & Meat Sauce; 2 glasses of 3 Sisters Moscota Wine.Our bill was $94.00 without tip! We were totally shocked. Will NEVER eat at this chain. The meals were average at best, service was poor, bread was not fresh and the prices were NOT listed on the menu. Totally disappointed with this dining experience!!!!!!!!!Avoid unless you have money to waste!

Buca di Beppo is my favorite Italian chain restaurant. I drive a long was to “get my Buca” but I'm concerned about their future since locations keep on closing. I truly hope they hang in there and grow with more new locations. The food is always perfectly prepared. My favorites are the mozzarella appetizer and chicken parmigiana. Their wait staff is always informative, courteous and professional. Long live Buca do Beppo!!
