This place was fire! The Philly special was bomb, and my wife got the NJ Turnpike which was a new special and she was extremely satisfied. We will be back when we have that burger craving.

I had the French Onion Buddy Burger, and it really tasted like a French onion soup. It was great.

A great pair with sweet potato fries and a coke. The only thing I would want is the sweet potato fries to ve a bit more softer/mushy inside.

Great staff, and they serve you the good once you order at the register and take your seat.

I went to Buddy's with my son and grandson. My son and I got burgers and my grandson got a chicken sandwich. We also got two orders of fries. First the good news - the burgers were great, although a bit greasy. I don't mind a greasy burger but that turns off some people. Unfortunately, the fries weren't so good. They were mostly little, short fragments and way over cooked. My son suggested that we got the bottom of the fry bucket. As for the chicken sandwich, which was grilled, not fried, my grandson wouldn't eat it. So my son and I each tried some of it. It was okay but pretty dry. Definitely needed some sauce or mayo.
Service and atmosphere were both pretty average for a burger place so I gave Buddy's three stars for both (average).
I wavered between three and four stars for the rating and finally opted to be generous and go four stars because of the burgers. My son and I agreed that we would come back for the burgers but probably skip the fries and definitely skip the chicken sandwich.

I continue to be ghosted by this restaurant.

One of the worst burgers and fries I’ve ever had. I honestly regretted eating this meal.

The burger was thin and dry.
Fries were hard and felt like they were refried multiple times.

I came in with high hopes and wanting to support a small business.

I called the restaurant to give my feedback because I didn’t want to post publicly however they placed me on hold before I could get a word in.

I will not be a repeat customer and do not recommend this place for burgers or fries.

So so good! The turkey burger, beef burger, fried chicken sandwich and grilled chicken sandwiches have been a hit with our family. Good topping and drink choices. The service is great. Even over the phone, I felt like a welcomed customer. They think about what customers need to have a good experience and implement things like not dropping fryer items for to go orders until you arrive and hot sauce available with the condiments. I like this place and intend to support the locations I've visited- Exton and West Chester locations.

Called to speak about a event I’m having at the company I work for and ask to speak to the store manager guy gonna say we’re in the middle of lunch like buddy I don’t give a god damn if your in the middle of lunch. If I’m in the middle of lunch and a customer wants to talk to me you know what my team does? They get the god damn manager and that’s me. Worst service people have an attitude but won’t keep that same energy up in person
