Food and ambience is good. but the Manager has a attitude, with aggressive tone. staff is good except the manager.( prior manager was so good and used to greet all customers unlike the current one) he doesnt treat the customer well and make the customer wait.. i only recommend to visit this place when manager is not working..
we paid for a TOFU on side(expecting in a small container), but the manager gave it inside the quesdilla and rudely said thats what we get..

Disgusting, dirty, and some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life. Took 30 minutes and we were the only people in the restaurant. I could’ve gotten faster service at a sit down restaurant. Not worth the wait at all.

Worst place ever. Order was wrong- tacos shells were cheap cardboard rubber and not even warmed up. 6.50 for one taco because we got two slivers of brown Avocado and basically just lettuce no chicken so ridiculous that they are even in business!! I really am shocked .I have a picture that I can’t seem to add here.
Place is a joke. Get taco bell instead.

Just another little dump of an establishment. Full blown lack of logic and a bizarre collection of worthless employees, lacking knowledge of their own menu. I asked about plant based options, and was pointed in the direction of the no-meato. She also tells me they have tofu and confirms with Mr line cook man. Perfect, I’ll have a no-meato with tofu. She proceeds to tell me that they can’t do that. Ummm, accomodate, figure it out. Charge me however you want. Nope, can’t do that. I left with probably the worst chips and guac I’ve had in the last 15 years. Just another corporate dumpster fire that employees whatever pile of nobody’s they can find for $10/hr. Will not be back.

I was so excited for my Southwestern salad today and this is how it was received. It is less than half full. There is barely any lettuce. There was no guac. This was $10.39. I am so sad, I ordered take out.

This Store will never give adequate portions. I order DOUBLE Chicken everytime because it’s been getting skimpy every time I order it now. This time one Quesadilla had literally nothing in it, one of the slices had ONE Piece of Chicken with maybe 4-5 strands of cheese? The other had 3 Pieces, half of my quesadilla had 4 Bite Size pieces of Chicken.

I placed a catering order for a graduation party of 100 people. I had the order (a taco bar) delivered directly to my home. The value was incredible! It came with two proteins, tortillas, beans, rice, fresh salsa, sour cream, chips, taco sauce and lettuce. I paid a very small fee for the chafing dishes and sterno cans. The food was delicious and fresh and everyone enjoyed it. The value can't be beat - we got a ton of food for a reasonable price. I highly recommend the Exton California Tortilla for your catering needs!

The food was okay. The guy running the register was friendly. The place, especially the bathrooms were very dirty.

My first visit (for 2 of us eating inside the restaurant) was on a Wednesday evening, and they were not busy, but it took 20-minutes from the time ordered (6:22pm) until we received our order (at 6:42pm). We had only ordered 4 tacos and 1 quesadilla. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It was average at-best. The flour taco shells were not soft, and were difficult to wrap around the contents, likely because the shells probably sat for 15+ minutes during the 20-minutes it took for them to prepare the food. The blackened fish tacos weren't blackened at all. The quesadilla was BBQ chicken, and the only thing you could taste was BBQ sauce. There were at least 3 or 4 workers there, so they weren't short-staffed, but all of them seemed like they didn't know how to do anything. The workers were friendly and nice, but clearly hadn't been trained properly in the simplest things. We watched one worker struggle for a while with how to put a small online order into a large bag. It was comical at first, but then seemed sad and pathetic. I suspect that our order was delayed because the workers decided to put the eat-in customer orders on hold while they grappled with filling a few simple online orders. Luckily I used a $10 coupon, because if I had paid the full $33 cost, I would've been very unhappy. Since this was a trial run and it cost around $23, I just put this place on my list of restaurants to NOT go to ever again. Honestly, you'd be better off going to Taco Bell, and I hate saying that because most Taco Bells are lousy too. A better choice for the price would be Chipotle or Qdoba.

Chris checked us out and was very patient and helpful. He walked us through all the selections and went above and beyond with our kids. We will define back just because of the level of service. The food was also dry good. All around best experience yet!

I used to work here and loved it, until we underwent a change of ownership, who then refused to give me my final check until almost 6 months after I ended my employment. They told me that they would mail me my final check, and it never arrived. I (very politely) asked for months where it was and new management always told me that it was sent and on its way. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it got lost in the mail, so I asked them to cancel the original one, and write me a new one. I reached out to CalTort corporate to help achieve this, and only then did I get my check, except it was the original. My original check finally arrived, creased in the middle, covered in muck and nastiness, appearing like it had been used as a coaster for someone's coffee on someone's desk for all of the months I had been begging for it. The mail out date reads 20 NOV, 2023. 4 monthsafter I ended my employment in August. Iwas lied to and told it was sent in the mail for months, only to then get my original check, which was now void, since it was issued 120+ days prior. We did this dance for a few more weeks for the new check, and I was once again told it had been sent for weeks. I finally received the new check after another month of waiting, and it had been sent only 3 days prior. I was lied to repeatedly and not made a priority after being a valuable part of their team. I loved working here during my time, but new ownership made it clear that they don't respect or value their employees, both during and after my employment.
