Very disappointed with my order yesterday. When I got home I found I was missing 1 sandwich. I called and was told they were writing it down and would give it to the person who handles issues and that I would receive a credit back on my mobile order. I call again today and there is no record of my issue. Again I was told it was being written down. Really? written down? There is no one on site capable of helping me? Located in the eagleview side of exton and next to Freddy's. The order taking process is simplified as you went in for their drive-through. I went inside to order food, and it is easier inside, too. The order was ready in a few minutes. The interior of the place is kept really well. The food is always good for chicken fil a. Decent size parking lot available. Little tough to get in and get out.

Had a poor experience ordering food today and other general service failures. When I went to complain to the operator, one of the mangers told me that he is an absentee operator and is their sporadically. This explains everything. Chick Fila values direct, hands on operators who are committed. That is not the case at this location. The service, rudeness, and accountability failures equals one star. That's how it works.
This location is a well oiled machine. The service is always top notch, the food is great, and the store is very clean. I usually do a mobile order and pickup in store and my order is always correct.
